Avoid this company at all costs! I hired them in October 2023 for a simple water filter installation. I paid $600 and also provided the water filter, expecting the job to be completed. However, their worker repeatedly promised to come “next week” but never showed up. After months of excuses, he completely stopped answering my calls and messages and never returned my filter or refunded my money. Despite the company being in business since 1999, they have failed to address this situation, and their lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I have tried to resolve this directly, but they refuse to respond, forcing me to take legal action. Do not trust this company with your time or money! If you value reliability and integrity, look elsewhere.
