Do NOT recommend. Made an appointment between 10am-12pm and at 12:20pm they cancelled on me. Rescheduled me and they cancelled on me AGAIN. Tried to reschedule a third time and they completed ghosted me and would not return calls or texts. Do not waste your time

My Spanish is terrible, but these guys were able to find me the right parts in a split-second and explain how to fix my problem, whereas the guys at home Depot basically told me that the sink is hopeless and they don't have the parts. Turns out it was a pretty quick simple fix and home Depot lost the business because they did in fact have the parts. I don't know the gentleman's name that help me, but thank you very much

Our family has done business with Medina & Son Plumbing for decades and they have helped us resolve many leaks and repairs. When my adult autistic son goes there to buy supplies the staff treats him as if he were family. The employees there are patient, loving and attentive and that is why we would never go anywhere else.

This is what I call, going out of your way to help a customer. I called Medina Plumbing after not being able to find a shower part in our local stores. After calling after hours Medina asked me to send a pic of the part I needed, he called me back and not only had the part he also open his store for us after hours. Great customer service and support. Thank you Medina.

Your friendly Cuban neighborhood plumbing supply. Lots of characters, Cuban slang, and knowledge. Definitely a place to go for normal stuff or a unique problem. They'll bend over backwards to help you. I speak from experience.

find what I need,but the guy who I deal with; was a guy that he really didn"t want to help out at all ,he told me he don't wanted to waste time with me if I didn't buy anything ,but I was really buying one thing he left and then came back and he gave me what I need he is a skinny guy ..but not all the employees are like him ..his costumer service is worst put him behind costumers and hire professionals guys who really know how to make customers comeback to get what they need ,that was my first and last visit to that place ..its my point of view nothing personal.
