Don't ever work with this company. they give you hourly rate of $150 then when they get to your house they charge you a fixed rate for the job. They are not professionals to manage a business. they do whatever they want. i would never recommend this company.

I have used Tasco several times in the last years for plumbing and air conditioning repairs in my apartment. They have always been responsive and done a professional job at fair costs. When my air conditioner broke a few years ago and I was considering to replace it, Tasco's owner Frank convinced me to invest a few 100 dollars in a repair because the air conditioner still had a few years of remaining life in it. He was right. Anyway, we finally replaced the old air conditioner last week. Tasco gave me a good proposal for an air conditioner that has the features I wanted and fits into the available space, and they got it installed within one work day, including the modification of one of the building's riser pipes to make the air conditioner fit through the door. Aside from some delays at the beginning, when it took a few days to obtain the initial proposal and another week to obtain all technical information I had asked for, I am happy with Tasco and will continue to use and recommend them for plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning projects.

30 mins of work was good but got charged $484 despite the plumber already being in the building and without quote or pre-info of price. When contacted they said it’s standard price and since then no response. Rip-off price.

Building recommended to me after an incident. Service technician was the nicest guy. However, I was charged $408 for about 30 mins or work. They said it was a fixed rate for drip pan cleaning, I did not authorize the charge or the work. I called afterwards and they refused to drop the price. The charge for the work was unreasonable and not authorized. I do not recommend.

Run if you don't want to loose your money and have no work done! They can tell you a thousand times their coming and they just don't come and make you loose your time. When they come they charge you but they don't do the work. They are a complete mess up. Very bad organisation. Frank and Wendy will always leave you waiting without doing anything you need. I repeat, suggest you to run from this people.

Tasco Plumbing, and specifically Frank, Maria, and Ernesto, are a class act! Their prompt and professional response to our PRV issue was an amazing customer experience. Not only did they efficiently resolve the problem, but their fair pricing made the entire experience top-notch. Highly recommend!

This people are a complete RIP OFF like someone had already mentioned. They create numbers to charge and the assistant says that as a policy company they don't send an invoice with the price breakdown. This is called fooling your customer, as simple as that!
