Atlas plumbing did an outstanding job at my property recently with the replacement of a water heater. The technician, Oz, was extremely professional and got everything done expeditiously. Shannon was a delight to deal with regarding the scheduling and permitting process. I highly recommend this company and will be dealing strictly with them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Atlas plumbing recently replaced a hot water tank in our condo. They were efficient, courteous and fairly priced. Dealing with Shannon the office manager was a pleasure. She was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist us in completing the job. In addition Atlas stands behind their work. If there are any concerns about the job Shannon works to make sure everything is completed to the customers satisfaction. We are long time customers at Atlas and they have never disappointed. We highly recommend them!

Never recommend! Be prepare that they can deceive you, by first agreeing with you on one price and then asking for much more without any warning and any agreement. After the works were done, they just sent the invoice with the price much more than was agreed, with out any warning and any explanation, and then continue to harass and stalkering monthly by threating for additional fees!

We've had Atlas plumbing help us a few times now. Once with a toilet and it was seamless and easy - and more recently with a sink/faucet install (replacing 50 year old sink). I called Shannon and she was able to easily walk me through what was needed and she ordered what we agreed on. I had mentioned that we might need a garbage disposal also - she said they'd only install if necessary. I wasn't there so I had a neighbor let them in. It was more complicated than they originally thought but they were very fair in their pricing. Shannon was very easy to work with and a good communicator. I will absolutely use them again when/if I need a plumber.

This company is by far the best. I was dealing with another plumbing company they told me all kinds of things that needed to be done with a hefty price tag. I called Atlas plumbing Shannon was great sent out two of her guys Deshawn and Taylor who were super professional and solved the problem without the hefty price. Highly recommended.

Atlas plumbing did an amazing job. All my toilets were clogged and my shower and they had me scheduled same day. They had everything fixed very quickly.

I called Atlas and told them I had a water leak in my bathroom. Shannon told me someone would stop by within the hour. The plumber arrived in 10 minutes. Oz saved the day. What appeared to be a major project, he made it a minor project. His persistence prevailed. He was very professional, knowledgable, and courteous. We could not be happier with the service of Atlas Plumbing.

Atlas is, by far, the best at what they do. This Shannon lady is incredible, picking up her cell after hours, while grocery shopping, to make sure I was handled. They work at a level of integrity and reliability rarely matched by others in their field. Thanks again!!
