This was my first time trying Bamboo Plumbing. I highly recommend this professional organization. Great communicators. Service tech Karl was a real gentleman in addition to doing great work. I had a whole house water filtration system installed along with a few other repairs around the house. Karl went above and beyond to make sure the system included bypass valves and faucets in the event the system needs to be changed out or serviced in the future. Highly impressed with the company overall and would definitely use Bamboo for all my plumbing needs.

I would like to say that this review is going to based on service. I had what seemed like a complex issue and turned out to be not so complex. Just some old scaling pipes. Bamboo had scheduled me timely and sent two guys as the issue seemed to be more complex. Service was great! There was even a discrepancy with billing and they were reasonable enough to clear that up without a hassle. Only con would be their pricing. They were very professional, maybe too professional for this industry. They clearly charge like it.

I called Bamboo Plumbing after hours because my tankless water heater was broken and we had no hot water. The owner, Josh, answered and was super helpful in addressing whether we'd just need a new part, or need replace the unit completely. He was able to give me a quote on the phone and followed up promptly with recommendations on which heater to install. The next day Karl came to install a new water heater and was super knowledgable, hard working and friendly. We had hot water again in less than 24 hours from my original phone call. Highly recommend Bamboo Plumbing!!!

I had a pipe burst under my vanity sink in the bathroom and Karl came the same day to access the issue. He was excellent in explaining the situation and exploring options for me. We ended up replacing the vanity sink and installed new piping and it was a beautiful change! I did have water pressure issues in the kitchen but Yehoshua came the very next day and helped solve the problem. I gave them a call based on reviews and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend.

We experienced a water main break and contacted a couple plumbers to assess and bid on a fix. Bamboo was not the cheapest option but, in our opinion, provided us with the most comfort. Karl was great from start to finish. My only "complaint" was the use of casual labor; they added little value to the process and did not take the same amount of care as did Karl. Nevertheless, we are pleased with the results and have already hired Bamboo for other plumbing work. Highly recommend.

Kurt and the Bamboo plumbing team were extremely pleasant to work with and Kurt remedied my plumbing problem efficiently and quickly. Kurt is very professional and customer focused. He explained all details of the billing, and procedures used. I would recommend Bamboo plumbing to anyone. The first few plumbing companies that I called and received quotes over the phone were x 2 or 3 of what Bamboo plumbing charged. Glad that I went with Bamboo.
