I texted Zev after hours and he came the next day to help with my plumbing emergency. He diagnosed and fixed problems affecting the integrity of my home that I couldn’t have even imagined, and was very upfront about the cost and extent of the work; it’s clear he is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I will be using him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone! Hard to find dependable people in South Florida and Zev is one of them.

Zev knew what to do right away. He found the cut off valves and showed me what to do if there were ever to be an emergency. He fixed the leaking sink very quickly and there is no more dripping. Thank you! ☺️

Avoid This Plumber – Unprofessional and Unethical I had an extremely unprofessional experience with Zev Arngorn. Here’s a summary of what happened: Unprofessional Behavior - He yelled multiple times on the job, complaining about work conditions and even threatening to leave due to rain, saying, "This is too much. I can't do it anymore. I'm leaving!" - He started using an excavator to dig on my property without properly explaining the scope of work or the costs, then told me it would cost me $8K-10K afterward. I was completely shocked. - I felt pressured to proceed and, despite agreeing on a price, he kept saying he was “undercharging” me, which was untrue. I later hired a more professional and experienced plumber who charged a similar rate. - He pressured me to pay him in full when he didn't backfill the trench. - When he asked him to finish backfilling on time, he called me "entitled" and threatened to charge more for extra labor. Poor Workmanship - Three days after his job, my entire house’s plumbing backed up. He refused to take responsibility, telling me to call the city instead. - I had to hire a new plumber to redo his work completely. - My new plumber found multiple code violations in his work: back-pitched pipes, incomplete connections to the city sewer, and improper slope. - He caused additional damage by breaking an internet cable and dumping sand and dirt into my pool, costing me $800 to clean. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. I ended up spending double the money and endured three weeks of stress dealing with the whole situation. I DO NOT recommend this plumber to anyone. Stay away from him if you don't want to deal with headaches.

Zev is an incredible professional, for me it is super important to feel safe about the service and the people, with this company I would not hesitate for a second. 100% recommended.
