The HVAC side of the business installed a new system in our home in 2016 and in just 7 years later we find out from 2 other HVAC companies the entire duct work must be completely replaced, that a permit was never pulled as the current would never pass inspection. I can not even get a return call back from this organization! THIEVES!!!

Phenomenal experience. Came out after hours to snake our drain and get our kitchen operational!! They charged a fair price and the Tech was Awesome!! These guys are now saved in my phone as "My Plumber"!!! I'm a business owner myself and I recognize good practice in a world that could careless about customer service. These guys get it!! They truly care about the customer. So refreshing to see old school ethics still in action. Highly Recommend!!!

I have been using B&G for years for routine maintenance on my residential hvac, they have also replaced my whole system several years ago, and added a smaller unit to heat and cool the garage. They are always available, responsive, answer the phone. Over the weekend we had an issue with our hot water heater, covered under warranty, which they are dealing with and have an appt within days to get it replaced. Have also had a few other smaller plumbing jobs taken care of. They are top notch and I highly recommend.

Our garbage disposal broke and we had another company come out. They quoted us over $500 to fix the disposal but tried to upsell us, stating we need to replace our water softener and two water tanks, which we didn’t ask or thought needed replacing. Quoted for 6k when we just needed a new disposal. I had B&G come out and do a second opinion. They replaced our disposal, for $200 less than original quoted from a different company. They also reaffirmed that our tanks were completely fine and fixed our water softener. I was very pleased with them and felt they are an honest company doing right by customers. They have a loyal customer for life.

Last week, in the middle of a heatwave, my AC died at my business and my regular hvac company wasn’t able to fit me in, so they recommended B&G. They were able to get a technician out super quickly and get us back up and running in no time. Jesse was friendly and knowledgeable, and was conscientious of the fact that I own the business but not the building, and offered affordable solutions. As luck would have it I got home that night to a kitchen sink that all of a sudden wouldn’t drain. We were able to get a plumbing appointment very quickly. This should have been a very simple fix, but my home is 99 years old so everything that should be easy never is! Preston was able to make some adjustments to get the problem addressed while explaining that there are still some changes that we could make in the future to have a more efficient plumbing system. Any other company would have charged triple what they charged me, or insisted that we replumb that area of the house. I am grateful that I found B&G and will definitely use them for all of my hvac and plumbing needs in the future!

Editing my original review: First time they came out it was a great experience and a great price. Unfortunately, the second visit (for something different) was a very different experience. It was for a small clog that turned into a big problem, which certainly happens, but the tech wasn’t sure how to fix it, so he had to call his boss (who was in a meeting). When the tech got ahold of his boss a while later, he wondered around my property chatting on the phone, then cleaned up and left without telling me the cost or options. I got charged for the time he spent trying to figure out his job and for that time on the call. If a tech doesn’t know how to do a job, I’d suggest he leave so I’m not charged extra for a how-to-do-my-job 30 minute call.
