Update: Bob’s Backflow made a simple mistake and made it right. Here’s the story… Bob’s Backflow, contracted by JEA, ‘tested’ my backflow preventer in Durbin Crossing. When Bob’s technician tested, they failed to turn the screw to the proper position. Since the valve was not shut properly after inspection, the cap held for a few days and then blew. Long story short, we were on vacation and had water spewing out of our backflow for two days. We left weekend vacation early to come home and mitigate issue after a concerned neighbor called me (first we called JEA to shut off water, then straight home to see what happened). I called JEA who advised they won’t take off the water charge as it is on our side of the meter. Matt (owner) at Bob’s Backflow assured me he would make it right on his end and followed through. Communication and sincerity was super and very much appreciated. Mistakes happen, Bob’s followed through and did everything you’d want/expect. Thank you!

These guys came out and repaired a leak in my backflow. Michael was very professional and courteous and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. And overall everybody within this company is first rate! I highly recommend them!

I used Bob’s Backflow Service for the first time recently. The office staff were all very friendly, & very helpful. I sent at their request a video of my issue. We set up an appointment. My Service Specialist called to tell me he was on his way and his ETA. Nicholas was prompt, didn’t waste anytime getting into the system. He analyzed it , & started his repair. I was impressed as to his methodical approach. His level of expertise was impressive. I sat with him the entire time. On a Professional Level I would rate Him a 10. He is an All Star on Bob’s Team! People like Nicholas are hard to find in today’s job market. I highly recommend Nicholas & Bob’s services. I was referred to them by my irrigation Specialist.

This company was contracted by JEA to do an inspection on our residential property. They showed up with no warning on Christmas Eve, didn't announce what they were doing, shut off our water, and didn't turn it back on before leaving.
