Couf Plumbing

I had a clean out that had gotten clogged. My regular plumber was unavailable. Couf Plumbing was recommended to me on facebook and in their favor, they were very responsive and arrived the following morning. They were unable to clear the line and recommended another plumber who they said was more skilled at clearing this type of clog. The other plumber came the next day and said it was a clog of grease and lint. He was able to clear the line. I received my bill from Couf Plumbing for $130 despite their failure to clear the line. I understand they made a service call so I paid it within the week. However, I can't say I'd personally have felt comfortable charging a customer when the problem was solvable but I failed to fix it. Perhaps their qualifications are more interior plumbing related? I can't give them 5 stars because they failed to fix my problem and charged me anyways. And thanks to my mistake in calling them first, I now have 2 plumbing bills to pay.

We recently had Couf Plumbing replace a hose bib. Great customer service, efficient and quick service. Our second time using their services. Very satisfied and will call them again when need plumbing work.

Couf Plumbing is our plumber and everyone I recommend to them also sends great feedback. It's hard to find good help these days and the owner Larry is always reliable and responsive. He's handled new construction, emergency issues, installation or rather replacement of two water heaters for whole house tankless heaters. Highly recommend.

Driver of service truck with Jag plate drives incredibly dangerously, nearly sideswiping cars while speeding and forcing himself between lanes, with no regard for the safety of others on the road. He seems to be under the influence. The owner of the company does not care that his employees act this way. Can’t be very professional, can they?

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.
