Starting with the customer service was awesome. The ladies were professional and courteous. I had a dedicated electrical line installed and Jacob and Raymond were professional, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. I was very appreciative of the fact that they caught an issue that would've been hazardous while doing the installment of my line. I am especially grateful that they went above and beyond to ensure safety by pointing it out. Thanks Jacob and Raymond for doing an outstanding job. Price was ridiculous. I had 1 bathroom sink faucet replaced. I supplied the faucet. Charge was $664. I was told it should have been $1300.00 Look elsewhere for reasonable pricing. I have to find a new plumber that is good and charges reasonable rates. I used David Gray for over 20 years. Very disappointing. The technician that came out was great. He was professional and did good work. He was at our house for less that 2 hours to replace the faucet. I should have known when they said they could be at my house within the hour!

Got charged over $200 for a screw to be tightened. Always had great work done but won’t use them anymore after this. He worked for less than 5 minutes. Ended up calling out Donovan plumbing and got quoted half the price of the other repairs that were supposed to be done.

We needed a dedicated plug for a fireplace in our new home. Val was sent to our home. From the time he called to tell me he was on his way, until he left after finishing the job, he was absolutely profession, friendly and seemed more than competent. He went thru everything in great detail when he checked the breaker box and answering questions we had about the job. I highly recommend Val if you need a good electrician!

Contacted David Gray Plumbing based on recommendation of family member. The technician, Cody, was dispatched within an hour of my call. Needed a shower valve replaced. Cody was prompt, professional, very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful; had all the supplies and tools on hand to complete the repair during his visit. Took a little less than 2 hours to complete the job. Could not be happier with the services provided. That said, I will not likely use David Gray Plumbing in the future as the cost associated with such is prohibitive. To be sure, Cody discussed the costs associated with the service up front and I agreed to have the work done. Trying to make ends meet on social security, and a cost of over $2000 (that was the discounted cost) to replace a bad shower valve is a bit cost prohibitive for me. Glad it was not anything major. In the future I will seek out equally professional service providers that are a bit more affordable.
