Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing, Septic & Air Conditioning

This was my first time using Duck Duck Rooter. I had a plumbing need (issues with two toilets) and typically I would research a more local, smaller business. This time I decided I would give another company a shot. I remember seeing ads in a magazine for Clay County that had them in there at some point in the past. I called the number for plumbing and the woman I spoke with was very nice. She was able to fit me in the same week. On the day of I received a text stating that the tech was on his way. The text included his name (Marcel) and a picture of him. That was a nice touch. Marcel came with an assistant/trainee (I cannot recall his name), but both men were very helpful. They identified the issues and were able to fix both toilets within a short amount of time. The cost was quite reasonable and came in under what I thought it would be. I would highly recommend this business if you have a plumbing need.

WOW!! Nicest two technicians on the planet. They were on time, quick, explained the situation, and were over the top respectful and professional. They did a great job, working swiftly and efficiently. They smiled, were positive and happy and clearly have the customer in mind.
