Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing, Septic & Air Conditioning

This was my first time using Duck Duck Rooter. I had a plumbing need (issues with two toilets) and typically I would research a more local, smaller business. This time I decided I would give another company a shot. I remember seeing ads in a magazine for Clay County that had them in there at some point in the past. I called the number for plumbing and the woman I spoke with was very nice. She was able to fit me in the same week. On the day of I received a text stating that the tech was on his way. The text included his name (Marcel) and a picture of him. That was a nice touch. Marcel came with an assistant/trainee (I cannot recall his name), but both men were very helpful. They identified the issues and were able to fix both toilets within a short amount of time. The cost was quite reasonable and came in under what I thought it would be. I would highly recommend this business if you have a plumbing need.

WOW!! Nicest two technicians on the planet. They were on time, quick, explained the situation, and were over the top respectful and professional. They did a great job, working swiftly and efficiently. They smiled, were positive and happy and clearly have the customer in mind. Russell is simply amazing, he was professional, knowledgeable and informative. He took time to explain and educate us on our septic system. The customer service staff was very professional and kind. Our pump went out the day after Thanksgiving. We called Duck Duck Rooter. The customer service was great and they were able to get a technician out right away. Our technician Richard, was very professional and knowledgeable. He got the job done and completed in one day. He got us back up and running at a time when we were already stressed because the holidays with family visiting is not the time you want to have a pump backing up into your house. The price was fair as we did call around. We were grateful for the professional job he did and will definitely call them again if have any plumbing issues. If you need a plumber give them a call and request Richard. You will not be disappointed.

From the initial clean out and inspection thru the discovery of a failed tank and drain field, Duck Duck Rooter has helped walk us through every step to install a new system. Everyone has been friendly and helpful, answered all our questions as well as educated us on “all things septic”. Our crew: Jessie/ Scott/Lemar and Devar were top notch. They were kind and respectful of our property and when it was all done they returned and made sure everything was cleaned up and to answer any other questions we had. I wouldn’t want to use anyone else. On time and answers their phone. Ashley in the office was helpful with the permit process and getting us on the schedule sooner than later.

I rate them a 10! Very professional. I received immediate text-confirmation and up dates etc. They came out the next day on a Saturday also. Marc and is helper were very nice, informative and did a great job.

Troy and his assistant were very prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful in discussing options for mitigating our current septic system issues. Great job! Highly recommend.

Thank goodness for Allen! Had a sewage backup in the middle of the night that flooded our bathrooms. He came asap and fixed it. Very friendly, informative, and fairly priced. Great tech and company.
