We needed a toilet removed and a new one installed. Eric, from Harry Hayes Plumbing, arrived promptly during the agreed upon time frame. He was very professional and experienced. Very focused on doing an exceptional job. When he removed the old toilet he noticed it had stained the stone underneath. He scrubbed and removed as much of the stain as possible, which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend Harry Hayes Plumbing to anyone looking for an excellent job at a reasonable price.

So happy with my experience, I have already referred them to 2 friends!!! I had an exterior water line leak that was under a live oak! And they fixed it with no problem. I also had them install a new emergency shut off valve, and replace a very old exterior faucet. Eric and Nathen were prompt, polite, and answered all my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!

Heath was absolutely wonderful. He called and sent me a text to let me know he was on the way and showed up on time for our appointment. He tested and fixed issue timely and explained everything he was doing. He also stayed until.the water cycled through the water heater and tested everything water source in the house to ensure that heated water was being received and the flow stream was strong. If I have to have another plumber appointment I will be calling Harry Hayes Plumbing and asking for Heath.

Job well done. Very pleased with the work. It was a serious job changing the pipes out and replacing the hot water heater.This is the 2nd time they have taken care of our plumbing needs. Staff is friendly and explained the issue and what was involved in the repair. We plan to continue to use them and highly recommend their services.
