I had a great experience working with Johnathon from "Justin the Plumber." Johnathon arrived for the appointment, and his demeanor and professionalism put our minds at ease. His expertise in resolving our slab leak under the shower was above and beyond. He found the leak and resolved it within the time-frame for the appointment. Johnathon kept me updated throughout the whole process, which was very nice. I was pleased to work with Rachel regarding the price, appointment, and payment process. I recently hired Justin the Plumber while remodeling my kitchen and adding a new powder room downstairs. Normally, I don’t shop around for multiple estimates, but for plumbing, I got about five quotes. Alan from Justin the Plumber not only offered the best price but also provided the best solutions for some unique challenges we faced. One major issue was the distance between the kitchen and the hot water heater. In our old setup, we had a point-of-use hot water heater, but I didn’t want to reinstall it because it consumed a lot of power. Since we’re working toward becoming more energy-efficient with our solar panels, we needed a better solution. Their team suggested a circulation pump that activates by motion or the push of a button—an innovative and energy-efficient alternative. From the moment we accepted their bid, their team was professional, communicative, and meticulous. They kept us informed at every stage and made sure everything was clean and tidy when they finished. Today, Kolby and his crew came out to handle the final touches, and they were just as professional and courteous. I also want to give a shout out to Dylan and his crew who came to do the rough in. They were just as professional and did a fabulous job getting it ready to cover up. I’m extremely satisfied with Justin the Plumber and will definitely use them again in the future. If you need a plumber you should call Justin the Plumber. They sent Alex over to take care of my plumbing needs the day I told them of my leaking pipes. The company notified me when he was on his way, the sent a picture and a brief bio about Alex. He was very pleasant, asked me to show him what I needed, then immediately started working, and finished within the first hour. Truly a lifesaver and I will definitely be calling them for all my future needs. As a side note, left the two areas better than he found them.

I had a whole house clogg and was very stressed because I have small children. Justin The Plumber was so helpful. From the first contract with Jenna for scheduling to Jonathan for the service appointment. Jenna was amazing! She got us quickly on schedule with excellent customer service! Jonathan came to my house when I was at work so my mother handled the appointment. Jonathan was so good to her. He had a wonderful smile and very pleasant to put her at ease. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind! Worked hard and cleared the clog. Cleaned up after his work! I appreciate the entire Justin The Plumber team! This is an amazing company!

Wow! Jonathan is wonderful and knowledgeable. I really appreciated him taking the time to solve an on going issue with my mom's house. One clog after another for a month with another company. I stepped in and called Justin the plumber. Jonathan truly took his time and got to the root of the problem. All is and has been working great. Knowledgeable to say the least. He said not to use those pods for the dishwasher and showed the build up in the pipes. Back to liquid cascade for my mom and at my house. Thanks so much To Jonathan and Rachel who answers the phone. Absolutely fantastic service. The technician Alex came swiftly this morning did a fantastic job. Didn't leave a mess. Showed me exactly what was wrong and how he's going to fix it. 100% would recommend again. I've called them in the past a couple times with some drain clogs and once again extremely fast service and extremely affordable. Technician Alex did an awesome job top notch service!
