Zack was great! Zack worked on the install of my outside new central heat & ac unit. Professional, very courteous & very conscious of his workmanship. He is definitely an asset to J&W Heating and Air & Plumbing. To be honest, there is not one person I've talked to in this company that hasn't displayed all of these qualities & this has become my "go to" company for this reason & thier resasonable prices, reliability & quality of work. No other company for me, anymore!¡!

Technicians Ron & Ethan came to our home to service the A/C-heating unit. They were extremely helpful in breaking down the recommendations. Then we called to speak to a female( can’t remember her name) who was patient & provided even more info & was able to customize what we wanted specifically. She sent new estimate, with our customized needs. I appreciate their excellent customer service. They should receive praise from everyone in the office for their service. We are choosing the premium UV light/anti mold, viruses & bacteria package. Our health is important to us. Thank you.

Emmanuel did a great job servicing our home. He explain to us what he recommend to keep our unit running smoothly. We love how he didn’t pressure us to make a purchase but explain the benefits of making the purchase sooner than later. We plan on getting what he recommended done in a few weeks and we definitely want him to come back and do it. Good job Emmanuel!

James was professional and courteous. He did a wonderful job repairing a bathtub faucet leak (my main concern) and installed new fixtures for a fair price. He also inspected my hot water heater and made recommendations for when i am ready to have a new one installed and provided an estimate. The J & W staff was also professional and kept in regular contact with me throughout the scheduling and arrival process. Thank you J & W

I met with Bert Sanders today to discuss possible options and purchase of a new AC handler. I really was appreciative of his through inspection and break down of each unit. I wasn't pressured to make a decision and given all options I could pick and sign after the appointment at my leisure. We have decided to sign and have it coming tomorrow by 9. So far very impressed by Burts work ethic and knowledge. I look forward to working with this company on providing air and heat for my home, family and Burt was a great stamp to put on your product. Outstanding!!! Also a 5 star for Francisco, Ben, Dustin and Scott who made sure the unit was installed correctly. Outside work. Has been a great experience so far.

I truly had the best HVAC service experience ever! Not only is J&W a Veteran owned company but they also have the best customer service. Kyle was very professional and thorough and he truly has a passion for what he does and for the customers he serve. He explained what he was doing and called me over to show me the intricate parts of my indoor AC unit which I had never seen done by other companies. He advised on what to look out for and instructed on how to continue to maintain my unit. He performed maintenance on my outdoor unit where a black racer hangs out every year but Kyle was fearless! No snake was around just yet. He provided pictures and excellent notes for my records. I could not have asked for a better Technician. Kyle greatly represented J&W and went above and beyond the call of duty!!

My tech today was Ross Brandt. He was professional, helpful, and provided excellent service. He used professional testing equipment. He was friendly, and efficient, and gave me useful information. He explained all the needed recommendations with no pressure on sales. I highly recommend Ross to return to my residence for future follow-ups on my services when needed.
