Evidently there were issues with not receiving communications from the office so Kenneth didn't know we were on his schedule until very late in the day. He made sure he got us taken care of even though he ended up working in the dark. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Metro Rooter for all your septic needs.

We had our septic pumped by wind river though metro rooter. Our technician Kenny was incredible. He took the time to explain my vintage septic system, explain the process and listened to all my concerns. He was so helpful and thorough. We purchased the industrial enzymes he suggested for a healthy tank and he made sure the tank was perfectly put back together after service. Kenny was a patient and kind technician who knows what he's doing.

MetroRooter is an amazing company! They provide fast and reliable service! It is easy to set up an appointment. Customer service is top notch. They give you notice when they are on their way and when they are on site to do the work. I was unfamiliar with how a septic system works. Junior the technician took the time to fully explain to me how the septic system works, what my issues might be and was able to give me an estimate on the spot. Junior took his time trouble shooting my septic problem until it was resolved. He is incredibly professional, friendly and thorough. Daniel Brady was amazing! Helped us out so much! We just moved here and they claimed they empty the tank and they did not but a huge thanks to Daniel for helping us out and saving the day!
