Such an awesome company! Friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and quick. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful. Keith followed up with me on everything and it was refreshing and comforting to know he was handling everything. AHS did not order my hot water tank like they were supposed to but Keith handled it and got it expedite. They were out the next day to install! Will recommend this company to everyone I know. I had a leak in my main water line pipe and they showed up on in a timely fashion and was polite and respectful friendly introduction and then straight to business. They ask what was the problem and went straight to work. They fixed the leak super quick and replace my valve that someone else broke. Keith from Oakley Plumbing did an amazing job fixing our issue when our toilet backed up. He also helped with our tub and got it to drain properly. HIRE THEM. You won't regret it. I cannot say enough about Mr. Oakley and this company. Nobody wants to find themselves dealing with major plumbing issues. If you have the unfortunate luck of it happening, you want to be sure you have someone who is going to resolve it in a way that gives you confidence it's REALLY fixed. Mr. Oakley and his company are those guys. My entire house needed replumbed. We were having horrible and numerous issues (backing up pipes, leaking, no water pressure, debris in water). He came and worked until it was 100% done. Even towards the end of the job when another issue came up, he stayed and worked and worked at it until he had it 100% fixed and 100% tested. He took time to explain what he was installing, why, and how it all functioned, as well as showing what it was replacing and why. I really just cannot say enough about them. Very thorough, very honest, very dependable, very fair on pricing and timing on their work. Above and beyond in all regards, and the level of professionalism to the work is outstanding. Also very professional and pleasant gentlemen to deal with and have in my home.
