Eddy did an amazing job. He was there from start to finish to evaluate the property and tell me what I would need. As a new Time homeowner and a 25-year-old. I was completely fish out of water. He was able to completely replace all my pipes, from both bathrooms out into my septic system. Provided pictures and details the whole time and when the tile for the bathroom had to be replaced, he found a guy to tag in and get it done for super cheap, but professional quality. Saved me hundreds of dollars on my project budget!

You may want to talk to your employees and remind them that when they are out and about in your business vehicle, they are representing your business. And therefore, whatever they do reflect on your business. Not only did your employee choose to park at the designated curbside pickup (see the photo) when he was not doing a curbside pick up (he left the vehicle and went inside), he also took two parking spaces. He parked in the middle of the two curbside spots. Then, he and his younger assistant (not on photo) were going to take off leaving the huge cart on the next parking spot. Someone called them out on it and only then did the younger person move the cart to the designated cart area.

Ryan, Tyler and the team were invaluable to the success of our first commercial project. They were timely, courteous, and professional. They were up front and honest about what to expect and we were grateful for their part in this project! Go PureFlo, you guys rock!

Ryan and Tyler from Pureflo have been extremely responsive since the very first time I contacted them. We needed two separate pieces of work done and in the end they combined the quote saving us a couple thousand dollars. Their work was above average and was completed as expected. Overall we were very pleased with the work done by PureFlo and would highly recommend them for any plumbing work you may need.

Ryan Heitman is an excellent plumber. He’s here on time when he says he will be. He texts to let you know he’s on his way. Knowledgeable, professional and very nice! He was very neat, cleaned up everything before leaving. I highly recommend PureFlo Plumbing! I’d give him 6 stars if I could!

Cannot say enough about Pure Flo Plumbing Jax. Tyler and Ryan did an amazing job. Amazing customer service,solid work, and great prices. I called them the night before they came the next morning to fix my septic tank issue. They were extremely helpful and educated me on everything they were doing. They are very knowledgeable with plumbing and Septic. If you want plumbing and septic done right with no crazy prices this company is the way to go! Thank you, you have a forever customer 😄
