Ryan and Brad did a wonderful job clearing out my stopped up pipes. They were very professional and politely answered all of my questions. They made sure the work area stayed clean and cleaned up after the job was finished. Roland Reese is very reasonable with their pricing. I highly recommend Roland Reese for your plumbing needs. A++++++

I wasn’t going to leave a review but they keep sending me requests to do so. The people were very friendly and answered all my questions. However he broke my pipe when removing the drain cover in the bathtub and I had to pay for the broken pipe repair instead of him stopping before he broke the pipe and let me know this may happen and do I want him to continue. He said it wasn’t his fault because the plumbing was put in Erin under the tub and he didn’t put the plumbing in so that is why I had to pay. Also with the pipe broke he had to cut into my wall and he said they don’t do wall repair and that would be up to me to repair after they left. After everything was done I found he also took a chunk out of the finish on my bathtub from removing the draining and he didn’t say anything about that either. He did clean up after himself but he certainly left some destruction behind that I am not too pleased with. If he had said it would break the pipe I would not have had him continue since the drain cover removal was only for cosmetic reasons and was not worth what I was left with.

These guys are P.R.O.S. !! 30yo home sprung a leak IN THE GROUND and was bubbling up through our tile FLOORING!! From the prompt quoting and recommendations as to how to fix and what materials to use they rescued my home and ran all new ABOVE-GROUND. Hot water is quicker and pipes are now accessible...HAPPY HOME -OWNERS!! And did I mention my wallet is still intact?

Had them come out to replace two bathroom faucets. They left one sink with a prominent crack which had not been there before. Despite clear before and after photo evidence, they declined to take responsibility for the crack. Wow. Good luck if you sign on with this company. Let the buyer beware
