On my neighbor’s recommendation, I hired Superior Plumbing to re-line my 52-year old galvanized steel sewage pipes running underneath my home’s concrete slab and tiled floors. I dealt with Cody as my sales guy and project manager. His team, headed by Larry, were prompt, professional , and proficient. I had a few problem areas show up during the process, and these guys remained cool, calm, and flexible in handling everything. Most of the work was done from the roof, in the front yard, and in the bathrooms. However, they wound up having to remove floor tiles and cut through concrete to dig out my pipes in three areas. At the end of the day, no matter how many side issues cropped up, the team left me with at least one bathroom and the use of my kitchen. I was very impressed. In other hands, I would have been totally freaked out, but I trusted Superior Plumbing to ensure I was able to function with minimal inconvenience each day. They saw the project through to the very end, including bringing in specialists as needed. Saved me tens of thousands from the Roto Rooter and other estimates! Impressive. Efficient. Professional to the max. Highly recommend .

Every person we encountered from the company, including Josh, Cody, Larry, Travis and the rest of the crew, were professional, friendly, polite and courteous. They were always on time, stayed on schedule (weather permitting), and kept us updated on their work. We highly recommend them for any plumbing work and especially for pipe re-lining, which is what we had done. Five stars and we will not hesitate calling them again.

What a great name for a plumbing company. They really are superior. Dylan and Dakota did excellent work at my house in Mandarin. They showed up on time and explained every step of their process in detail. They have the highest standards and told me no job is complete until the end result meets the highest standards. That was incredibly refreshing. They're honest, transparent, and have really competitive pricing. They gave me a great estimate on a water softener as well (which I accepted), and I'm having them come back out to install the water softener. Dakota, Dylan, and the entire Superior Plumbing & Pipelining team deserve my highest recommendation.

Preston provider superior customer service! My husband and I have been dealing with some bizarre & loud banging noise throughout the day & night. None of my neighbors seen to be experiencing this issue, but Preston came by to check it out. He checked out everything, both inside and outside; he walked the entire perimeter around our home. He stayed put until he heard the noise! He was able to determine it was outside of our home. What a relief to know it wasn't our plumbing! I appreciate his patience with this entire process! I will definitely call them again for our plumbing needs!!!!

Superior Plumbing & Pipe Lining restored my cast iron pipes. Cody came out to my house and offered their services within a week. Every one of their employees are very good at their jobs, and the nicest people I have ever had to work with. Dakota came out 1st. The crew who worked on the pipes was Larry and Cash. Travis and Blaze finished up. They were all so considerate of my home and kindly cleaned up everything. I am so happy to have my water available again in my kitchen and laundryroom.
