Had what we thought was a plumbing issue, but Sweeney Remodeling & Plumbing quickly diagnosed that our septic tank was full instead. They were honest, professional, and didn’t try to upsell us on unnecessary work. They even referred us to a septic company to handle the issue. Appreciate Sweeney’s expertise and honesty—definitely recommend them!

I hired them to install a new water heater, replace some outside pipe, and replace my sewer line to the city. They threw at least 4 large utility blades onto the ground (?!!) and just left them, these were sharp blades and my yard was all tore up so it was difficult to spot them. One was mixed into the dirt and sticking straight up and I almost stepped on it when I was leveling the yard. They used them to hack up a very large pine tree’s roots, and now I am worried they might have damaged or killed the tree with how careless they were with everything else. They left multiple pieces of sewer pipe for me to clean up, and they didn’t throw it away as they dug it up, so crumbled sewage pipe pieces were mixed into the dirt all over my yard. They drilled a gaping hole into my exterior wall that I could fit my hand into and just left it open, then they sloppily patched it the next day when it was pouring out and the wall was saturated, the repair looks terrible and I am worried about the water they trapped in the wall as that area is already cracking and felt damp for over a day after it was repaired. They sprayed foam all over the ground and smeared it into the grass. They installed pipe outside that shouldn’t be exposed to sunlight. They damaged the wire going to the water heater and I had no hot water and the wire was overheating, and then they turned off the wrong breaker and I thought my AC was broken. I had no issues with my water heater other than it being old, and I stated multiple times I would prefer to wait on this and the sewer line replacement if any major issues would arise. Multiple scheduling issues and miscommunications. Definitely would not recommend this company if you value safety and quality repairs.

Sweeney plumbing provided responsive, accommodating, and efficient service to solve our plumbing issue. When my wife and I suspected a leak due to a high water bill, they were able to squeeze us in and resolve the problem in the same day. Roger, Charles, and Jackson provided excellent communication throughout the process and were friendly and efficient. We definitely recommend their services.

This review is well overdue as Sweeney Plumbing came to my rescue last year! I had two separate plumbing issues happening in each of my bathrooms at the same time. I initially assumed they were connected, but when the crew arrived they suspected otherwise. They did a general snaking of my overall system, which resolved the issue in one bathroom. The other was more complex and involved a leaking shower at the handle, behind the tile. The were able to access through the adjoining bedroom, found the issue, and replaced the faulty piece. Not only were they able to come the same day that I called, but everything was in working order when they left. I have used their services before and will continue to do so for any future issues.
