The pipes at my moms house were leaking and very old. The team worked for more than 10 hours to ensure the water was available and running properly. Thank you all for your help with this important matter. You are reliable and trustworthy which is why I would recommend you to others.

Harrison did a great job and was receptive to ideas to help resolve the issue. Look forward to him returning next week to finish the job!! Harrison and his partner in crime, Mike returned today. Mike was able to pinpoint the issue and fix the issue. Great job! Kudos to both!!

I called The Grateful Plumber again for another toilet replacement. Both times I spoke with Twee, who was very polite and helpful. The old toilet was removed, but the new one had a crack (my fault for not checking). I had to order a new one and reschedule for an install. When the toilet arrived earlier than scheduled, Twee managed to get a plumber out in a few hours. I was charged half the estimate for the first visit and the remainder for the install. No extra charge for the additional trip. Twee, thank you very much.

I own a construction company and hired Grateful Plumber to come unclog a grease plug in the drain pipe under the kitchen slab for a kitchen remodel I was doing. No materials were purchased, just labor and tools provided to unclog the drain. They got the drain working again, which was great, but they charged $999 for someone to be there for under two hours. This was after I paid $99 for the service call and then no one called to tell me it would be another $900 to have the work done. They just did it and then called me with the price! I have no problem with the service (they did a great job of what they were hired to do), but I would never call them again because of their pricing. And before they can respond with the old spiel of "inflation" blah blah blah, I am a GC and work with numerous plumbers. NO ONE is charging this much for labor. Unfortunately none of my guys could get out there in time, so I was trying these guys out. It will be my last time and I highly suggest anyone else looking for a plumber gets multiple quotes if you're thinking about using these guys.

Oh we were in deep sh#@! Our plumbing was backing up and we needed help fast. My son called and Alex ( Superman) showed up on time as promised. Diagnose the problem ( septic tank needed pumping) so hopefully we're on our way to having a smooth flowing system soon. Thanks, Alex! Mrs. T.

Zach visited for the second time today. Great customer service and a pleasure to talk with while he unclogged my bathtub and kitchen drains and provided helpful advice!

This company is awesome ! If you are debating who to choose for your plumbing needs.. THIS IS THE PLACE… Ed and his whole team are amazing …. They go above and beyond and do great work at fair prices…… but whatever their price is, just pay it… they will make sure its done right and follow up with you promptly and all the other good stuff inbetween!
