What an amazing experience. As soon as Scott walked through our door we knew. He was an open book. Explaining what needed to be done. The next day we had the great pleasure in meeting Damion!! He was above and beyond in his customer service as well as knowledge. We knew at all times what was going on and what to expect. Very clean professional and driven with the expertise of what he was doing. How refreshing to find a Company that is straight forward extremely fair and able to fix our issues. Excellent job by a fantastic plumbing company. From my contact this morning at 7:15 a crew was routed to our home and completed today at 4:15! We had 2 outside spigots replaced, cleaned out our 3 sink drains (very slow draining), rebuilt our drain plugs and provided estimate to remove and replace the plumbing when our new sink arrives Collin G was an excellent technician and Tyler explained the entire process, the why and how of the job. This is the second time we’ve had Totally Hooked come out to work on our old house. Both times they’ve been nothing short of amazing. When a pipe in our yard snapped due to overgrown bushes on a Sunday night, they responded immediately and had someone at our home in under an hour. Shawn M was professional, thorough, and reassuring, quickly diagnosing the issue and making the repair so we could have water again that night. Shawn went above and beyond to ensure everything was fixed properly. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and we’re grateful to have a reliable plumber we can count on. Highly recommend!

We had a really great experience with Totally Hooked. As a new home owner, we are aware of companies that can take advantage. We did not have any issues with this company. We were very grateful for Jarrett, our technician. He was very polite and respectful of our home. He also provided us with preventive options. Unfortunately, we could not afford the hydro treatment needed at this time but Jarrett made sure we were good to go. We will be scheduling our treatment soon.

Shawn M & Dakota were great. Although my pendant was not found and washed out to the Saint John’s river, they made me feel comfortable with all their attempts. The drain was squeaky clean. They looked several times and snaked it. Even checked at the main. Don’t shower with necklaces 😭. Ty

Awesome company. Highly recommend. Very reasonable prices and came pretty fast. Jarrett was very knowledgeable and completely explained everything to me. He was respectful, polite, professional and knew his stuff! He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Had some plumbing issues that we thought had been resolved awhile ago,so when we called Totally Hooked to fix a small leak and install a new kitchen faucet imagine our surprise when they discovered The work we paid another plumbing company to do they didn't!!!!!! These guys took care of Everything!!!!!!! Every single one that came to the house was professional, knowledgeable about what they were doing,had great attitudes and was a n all around pleasure to have them here. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work!!!!!!!
