I am a Realtor but this review is based on my personal home. I work with a variety of vendors and companies so giving 5 stars is big to me! A real person answered when I called first thing on a Monday morning. No automated system or outsourced call center. They got me on the schedule for that afternoon and the guys showed up on time. They worked quickly but efficiently and were friendly! They had to cut into the brick but did a great job at blending the area it right in.

10/16/2024 I called Quick Fix Plumbing on October 16, 2024 to install a faucet that I have purchased from Amazon for my tenantâs property. They were scheduled for 10 AM so they got there on time as they arrived they started looking for the shut off valve. I have called the day earlier to see if they could help me locate it, because I was going to install it because itâs very easy. I only called them because itâs an older property and I couldnât locate the shut off valve. When they got to the property, they immediately found the shut off valve from the street side. As Iâm talking to the helper that was able to find the shut off valve within 5 minutes of arriving, I asked him what are we doing since the other had been on the phone since the arrival? He said that he wasnât sure. I waited a few minutes looking at the plumber and I asked the question. I asked the plumber; are you on my clock? He just ignore me, look down and just keep walking with his phone. I didnât wanna have to pay more than what I needed to and I wanted to check a few things. After 45 minutes on the phone, he finally tells me that my pipes are not what they usually use, the red and blue from Home Depot pipes. I wanted them to check the outdoor faucet that was missing a handle to open the valve since I purchased the property. They just needed to place a new spigot, as simple as that. Anyways when he goes to look at it place his entire weight against the pipe and it broke flushed with the wall and of course started pouring water straight from the wall. Then he said it was already broken which was not. I have pictures to prove it. He couldnât take responsibility for his actions. He has no work ethic in my opinion. At this point, he started cursing and throwing a tantrum, throwing things and hitting his work truck. I called the office and asked to talk to George, which had helped me on the phone since the day before. I explained to him what had just happened and that I wasnât happy that it was taking so long to install a kitchen faucet and also about this guy language and behavior. He said he was going to call me back to find out what was going on and he did. He said they were just trying to find out what was compatible with the faucet. Later on another guy comes with a part and start working on the outside faucet that this guy had broken and the other guy goes inside and install the kitchen faucet which it only took him about 20 minutes, so they charge me another hour to install a faucet, a very simple kitchen faucet and a outdoor spigot that they broke. I had to pay for a wall repair because they had to break the stucco outside to get to the pipe. I feel robbed and assaulted by this people. I have used them for 27 years for my home and other rental properties. When the plumber hands me the bill I asked him why are they changing me for 2 hours of work when he wasnât really working for 2 hours? I remind it him that he broke the outside pipe and he started getting smarter with me. I called the office again and I asked to talk to someone about the bill. I told them it was too much. I spoke to Don and he was really rude. He said that I had called so many times that day. He asked, what is it that you really want as I was telling him what happened. He interrupted me as I was explaining. He said that they had talk to me more than they have talk to any other customer that day. The bill was for $453.25 for installing a faucet that I had purchased on Amazon and they charged me another hour plus parts for a spigot that costs $12.50 at Loweâs. So I told them I will pay $400. I should have not paid but just an hour of work. They ripped me off. I feel assaulted and mistreated. Don if youâre reading this, youâre the rudest person Iâve ever spoken to. You should be fired. Between you and the plumber you have no business working with customers. Youâre going to ruin this company and I hope the owner becomes aware. I wonât ever recommend you or want anything to do with this business. I learned that this work is not to code since itâs missing the vacuum breaker.đĄ

Ronnie and Kole came to the house to troubleshoot an issue and another plumber had left us with. They figured out what the problem was and fixed it the right way highly recommend this company.

Kwik Fix has been our plumber for 30+ years. Yesterday afternoon my daughter broke a pipe replacing a spigot. We called last night, but we waited until today. Less than $250 later, they fixed the spigot, anchored it properly to the wall AND showed my daughter how to turn the water off at the street!

On 9/9/24, Had water heater leaking problem at our rental house. 9/10/24, KwickFix came out, gave me a quote for $1785 over the phone, and I approved the job. But on 9/13/24, they billed me for $1867.95, which is $82.95(almost $100) more than what we agreed. I immediately spoke with the technician, who gave me the quote and emailed the office 2 times about this billing issue. Until today(9/23/24), there was no response from Donald Workman or anybody from the office/field. Extra work/cost can occur, but in that case, homeowners should be notified and and agree with the additional cost. I am disappointed how they run their business. ****** Update : The owner called and agreed for the original quote. He said he was just too busy recently. I added 2 more stars only because they replaced my 62 gallon WH to 50 gallon (not the same size). Per tenant, their workmanship was good.

The technicians were able to make it out to my house to clear up a main line sewage clog in a very short notice which was great, it was a Friday afternoon. I then got the call saying what happened and that the issue was fixed and I proceeded with the payment. Fast forward to about 11 pm at night I get a call saying there is no water pressure at the house. I then go to the area that the technicians had worked in and I find the main sewer line was left dug up and completely disconnected from the septic tank and I also notice two water lines coming into the house were leaking out a little. I then go to turn the water on and discovered the two water supply lines appear to be hit by a sort of digging device multiple times and water is spraying everywhere. I called another plumber out there in the morning to fix the issues Quik fix plumbing created costing me an absurd amount due to urgency and the fact it was now Saturday before a tropical storm heading our way. I spoke with the company and talked to the technician who came out and he denied causing any sort of damage to the lines and he did not dig up anything stating that all the lines where already like that when he got there. Overall highly disappointing I had to pay this company and then another company to fix their mistakes. I have had some bad experiences with plumbing technicians but this is by far the worse. Would not recommend this service from one homeowner to another! The picture shows the supply lines damaged and the septic tank pipe completely disconnected from the house sewage!

QUICK and AMAZING work!!!! They had our water back on in ONE HOUR AND (this is the best part) it was less than $300!! That is 1/3 less than the national plumbing company quoted us!! So glad friends suggested we look local! Professional job and friendly plumbers! I cannot possibly recommend them high enough!!!!! 2023 Update - We called Kwik Fix again when my husband accidentally broke our shower valve. Just a day and a half later and we have a functioning shower again! Truly, I just cannot recommend Kwik Fix highly enough! Quick service and reasonable pricing! What a blessing!

I have a plumbing issue and called Quick fix told me would be 3 to 4 hours and was worried being on Friday would not make it. Called another company told me would be 1 hour, 4 hours later still have not seen other company. I should have stayed with Quick fix kept to their time frame and now more concerned and really unsure other company will not show.
