On Time Plumbing Services

We've been having issues with pinhole leaks around the house. Old copper plumbing from the 80s. We called On Time Plumbing Services and Richard was out within a timely manner. He was able to fix the pinhole leaks. The price was excellent. Also, he constructed a fair and reasonable game plan to replace the copper. A plan that is budget and time friendly. We are so happy and thrilled with the services we have received from On Time Plumbing Services. Richard is a total class act!

Called On Time Plumbing Services last week for the first time. After speaking to 2 overpriced plumbers, Richard came out to clear our drain lines and he saved us a ton of money. Will definitely use these guys again for anything plumbing related. Thanks for the prompt, professional service!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I called On Time Plumbing at 11am and a plumber, Rich, was on my doorstep that afternoon. The dispatcher was beyond friendly and the electronic dispatch system let me know when the plumber, Rich, was on his way. Rich was personable, funny, and informative. He cleared our clogged shower drain at a very competitive price and, because I asked, took the time to describe (fascinatingly, in rich detail) the 17 year build-up that lined our pipes causing the clogs. I can't wait to share with my family when they come home this evening! Seriously, though, we have found our 'go to' place for all plumbing needs. Thanks On Time!

They replaced my kenmore water heater and put in a bradford white. I am on well water and I got a terrible smell after they installed the water heater. I called and had to insist something be done. The man insisted I was wrong, I called bradford white and they told me the anode rod had to be changed. I called them back and told them he once again insisted I was wrong. He called bradford white himself to discover I was correct. Well he came out and put in a new aluminum anode rod a couple of months went by and I got the smell back. I once again called bradford white and they stated it should have been a aluminum/zinc rod put in. Also if the system was not shocked by bleach and it was to set for 4 hours before it was flushed. Which it was bleached but only for 45 mins. so it was not done correctly. I will not use this company again, as I had to research and call the bradford white company to figure it out on my own. The owner of this company insist he is right even when he is proven to be wrong. I had bradford white send me an email with the information. So I had proof of how long it was to take. If you like to fight for what you pay for then go ahead and use them. I personally would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself a headache and call another company. I now have to call another plumber to fix my issue, and put in the correct aluminum/zinc anode rod.

They did a great job replacing my water heater. They gave me options and explained which one was best for me and my budget. I’d definitely use and recommend them to anyone, awesome service from start to finish!!!

Same day service to come out and unclog a backed up drain. Haven't had a problem since. Our new go-to plumber in Clearwater. Highly recommend Matt's team.
