We had a leak behind our kitchen sink in the wall. Al came out and assessed the problem as likely faulty cast iron in the connector between the drain and the vent. We scheduled to have it repaired the next week. He showed up exactly on time, ready to work. Al chiseled through the exterior block to the pipe. His guess was exactly right, the cast iron arm connection to the drain pipe was rusted through. He cut the old cast iron out and replaced with new pvc. Al was polite and respectful the entire time, and did his best to minimize damage to my home. He was willing to explain things to me on a level I could understand, which is not true for all tradesmen. I was impressed with his service and all of my other interactions with TPS. I cannot speak to price competitiveness because I did not look for other vendors. I am delighted with the service I received and would recommend them on the quality and professionalism of Al's work.

Great company with competitive pricing. Highly recommend Al. He came out, gave us an estimate for toilet & water heater replacement and swapping around some water lines/sink & washer dryer in the laundry room. He was quick to solve the unavoidable challenges that pop up once you remove the drywall. And got everything done in a day. He was professional, polite, honest, and a great problem solver! Wow! Michael kicked butt, he diagnosed and rebuilt an older style fresh water supply line, no easy task. He was prompt and patient and very knowledgeable and professional, he never gave up and I couldn’t be more happy with choosing Total Plumbing Solutions! Highly recommend!!!

Can't support this group more. Al and Pierre came out to my house. Contractor friends of mine told me this will be a several thousand dollar fix, and walls will need to be cut into. They quickly noticed it was just a broken part and replaced it for a few hundred. They were also so nice and accommodating to my 5 year old son trying to help. He talked about helping the whole ride to school and even told his teachers he's a plumber now.

This is a great local company. They charge a fair price for quality work, which they stand behind, and they’re a pleasure to work with. And Al is a wizard with gas plumbing which isn’t easy to find down here. I will definitely call them again.

I had some pretty severe septic tank issues and Chris came out and did an amazing job! He was very professional and overall, a nice person. I would recommend this company to others if needed.

Charlie our technician was extremely helpful. We had a main line back up with multiple toilets affected and he fixed the issue promptly, while explaining what he did throughout the process. The team was very quick to answer our problem as well. If we have issues again, I'll be reaching out to them again!

TPS re-piped my whole house after a water leak was identified under the kitchen floor. They were pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. Frank and his team were great!
