Drains Plus of Jacksonville

Called Drains Plus for their help with a very specific project with custom sink and Faucet builds with a very short deadline. Despite a full schedule and loads of storm recovery projects, Bud and Dave both found the time to help us knock this project out of the park 4 days ahead of schedule. Thank you “Drains Plus of Jacksonville” for doing such a fantastic job. They were super punctual, very professional and also personable. Without hesitation they saw what had to be done and they got to it. Myself and my client are very impressed with both quality and their rates. We already look forward to working with them again in the near future.

Let me just start off by saying that if you have any plumbing issues Drains Plus is who you need to call !!! I rent a property and the kitchen sink started to back up had landlord look at say he couldn’t fix the issue because he didn’t know what it was refused to help me said I’m on my own. I called up David with Drains plus and him and his coworker came out the next morning and figured out exactly what the issue was. They were not so kind and helpful and even spoke with the landlord to advise what needed to be done to repair or fix the issue. They def went above and beyond to help me out and it’s much appreciated. Will def use them in the future and you should too !!! Thanks again guys yall are amazing !!!

We had an issue with our water pressure. David and Bud came out and quickly identified and resolved the problem. Very professional and knowledgeable. 100% would use again.

We live in Glen St Mary- Baker county and called David after having a series of bad events and everyone that came to work on our well made it worse and left us without water. We ended up needing a new well. David and Bud came out the same day and made it so we’d have water until the new well could be drilled. They got me in contact with a well drilled and had them out to start drilling within a week. (Most well drillers are 4-6mths wait, so getting them here quickly was HUGE) They checked on us through out the process and came out and hooked the new well up and put on the filter systems that we needed to have good, clean water!! I highly recommend calling them for any water/plumbing needs. Anywhere from Jacksonville to Gainesville, they will come!! Thank you so much David and Bud!!

Had my well pump go out sometime in the night last night (21 April). I used Google to find someone to fix it and Drains Plus was one of the first ones that appeared. I like keeping things as local as possible so when it said “of Jacksonville” I almost disregarded them. I looked at the Google search closer and saw they had a Macclenny address so I decided to give them a call and I’m so glad I did. It took a couple times of playing phone tag but I finally got to speak to David, I explained what had happened and what I was able to do to help troubleshoot the problem. He had a job first thing this morning (22 April) but he would come to me as soon as it was done and that I would have water before they left my house. David let me know when they were coming my way and as he was turning into my driveway. David arrived with Bud and got to work right away. As they were replacing my pump we discovered my pressure tank was also bad so Bud left to get one, not one complaint about having to get one or having to stay here longer to fix it as well. Both guys were very personable and down to earth. As promised, they stayed until the water was flowing and the pump was working correctly with no leaks. Every question I had was answered in great detail without any hesitation. I appreciated their patience as I had quite a few. David and Bud were very courteous and respectful. This is why I like supporting local, these guys will always have my business anytime I’m in need of their services in the future. Thank you Bud and David and Drains Plus!

Called Wednesday and spoke with David about some repairs and installation of new bathroom fixtures I needed done. David and Bud were at my home the next morning on time and ready to work. Would highly recommend them both for any plumbing repairs. Very knowledgeable and professional and left my home like they found it. Thanks guys! Give them a call you won’t be disappointed!

Called David on his way back from vacation in another state. As soon as he was back, he came over immediately. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his trade. His work is phenomenal and prices to match. He came out for one house and ended up fixing problems at two different properties. I highly recommend him and his company. I already have plans in the works for more projects with Drains Plus.
