BF did a great job in upgrading my 30 year old gated main water shut off valve for my home. A specific shout out to Chris, the plumber who did an excellent job. He showed up on time, was very professional, and performed great work at a fair price. I would recommend this company.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. This is the best plumbing service I have ever used. Edwin was so nice and incredibly thorough, knowledgeable & professional. He took photos & took the time to explain the process he’d be doing. Edwin went above and beyond to inspect everything in and outside of the house. He is super nice man. He replaced the old water pipes to the washing machine and did a fabulous job and even cleaned up everything. If you need a plumber, look no further than- Edwin at Benjamin Franklin is your man!!

Caleb, Jose, and Marius saved us! We moved into a new home that was riddled with old plumbing issues. Nothing was draining and they high pressure washed our pipes and had to rebuild 20 feet of missing pipe! We couldn’t have done it without them. They were very friendly, accountable, and kept us in the loop the entire time. We hope we don’t have to use their service again, but if we do, 10/10 would recommend.

We really enjoyed working with this company, particularly their employees', Caleb and Marius. We were somewhat forced to get a hot water heater due to an electrical upgrade we were having. Truth be told we did not need to replace our water heater as it was working fine, but we understood the challenge to replace our fuse box requiring us to remove our hot water heater. Benjamin Franklin worked with us in finding a tankless water heater that would suit our needs. The installation was quite professional, and Caleb and Marius were excellent to work with. Their customer service skills were outstanding given our frustration, and they were committed to doing the best job they could do. I highly recommend this company.

Thanks to Chris S. for coming out today for my service. Old shower faucet that was too calcified for me to remove myself. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable and very friendly. Totally recommend the company for any plumbing needs, and if they send Chris out to you then you know you’re in good hands!

Benjamin Franklin, with services performed by Elliott, was fantastic. He was very punctual and did a professional installation of my Reverse Osmosis system a faucet. Cleaned 🧽 up everything and hauled the boxes away.

Edwin was the professional who came to my house to assess damage done by a water leak. His evaluation was comprehensive, and he did an extensive evaluation of the plumbing needs of the house. He is friendly, but no pretense at being a nice person. He shares his knowledge and expertise. He is principled and acts in the best interest of the customer and the company. Great person.
