Excellent, quick service of a full toilet and metal flange replacement. Wyatt and Matt were quick, efficient, friendly, and professional. Called for service first thing in the morning and had everything done before 1PM. Start to finish in under an hour. I highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber.

Matt did an AWESOME job. He was on time, polite, pinpointed the issue that no other plumber recommended, which was a new toilet. He gave me options to get my own toilet or have them bring one from their shop. Matt finished the job in no time and even reinstalled our bidet and sealed the toilet properly. Left ZERO mess. They are very helpful over the phone. I got an appointment right away. The technician, Chris, came out and explained everything he was going to do. Let me watch and explained as he went. Very professional company. Will use them again for my plumbing needs. Just have to add, I needed the services of a plumbing company so of course I called 1-Tom-Plumber. This time I got Sean who did a great job. Once again professional and explained everything. Top-notch company!

Wow, exceptional service from scheduling to completion. Our technician Chris arrived quickly after we called in for a drain blockage on a Sunday morning! Promptly found the issue and got to work on clearing it. Did some investigative work to find potential problems further down, which he did. Chris provided a very informative explanation on our issues and provided top notch plumbing services. It was a fantastic experience all around with 1-Tom-Plumber.

Update: Today, the plumber reached out to apologize and ask how they could make things right after the mess they left at the job site. I appreciated their willingness to follow up and make an effort to correct their work. The plumber was nice, but they charged $395 for 1 hour of work and left a mess at the job site.

Michelle, that scheduled the appointment for me, answered all my questions and was very professional. The technician Christopher that came out handled super nice.
