ABS PLUMBING & SEPTIC

After the septic tank backed up in my house late one morning, I started calling around to different companies to have it pumped out. ABS was able to fit me in the next day (some others said it would be several days) and their price was very reasonable compared to some others. The guys showed up the next day on time, got things done quickly, and were nice to talk to while they were here. Highly recommend!

ABS Plumbing was called out to pump a tank and they charged a 90 yr old man $600 to cut a hole in the tank corner and 7 hrs labor, because they were to lazy to dig up the top to open the lid, yet they still did not pump the tank. They were called again after my son and I spent only 1.5 hours digging up the tank and propping open the lid for them. John the employee charged my father another $400 dollars to pump the which he should have done on the first visit. He (John) harassed my father to the point of fear and would not leave until he was paid the additional money. I would leave a zero star if i could, rude, unprofessional and dishonest

Called and set up an appointment for them to come. This would've been our second time using them. They never showed up. We called at the end of the appointment window and the person that took the call at the company said they were running behind and they'd be by soon. They never came. My wife called 2 days later to find out what was going on and the man tried to gaslight her, claiming there was never an appointment. He tried the whole "pretty little woman is imagining things" schtick. Pretty rude about it. We dropped them and switched companies. Do not recommend.

Terrible service. Paid $200 of my hard earned money to have them pump out my grey water tank. Tank was full and all they did was suck out the water after cracking my lid with a steel bar. Not even looking for the punch out. They found the punch out after they cracked my top. Grease was still left in tank and clogged up again within 2 days. Had to call different company to pump out grease for another $200. They stayed and broke down the grease and now all is working well. This company wanted to sell me a new tank and drain field when it wasn't needed. Do not use these people.

To my surprise, I found out there is a septic tank at the house I bought a year ago that is supposed to be on city sewer. Didn't know if it was still in use but didn't think so. It did have water in it though so It obviously hadn't been abandoned properly. I called four different septic companies to try to get a quote to abandon the tank. Either no one called back or if they said they'd come out, they didn't show. I gave a couple of them several chances and nothing. So I found ABS and John came out and told me what would be involved and gave me an estimate to abandon the tank. They did that yesterday and that went fine, but they identified a problem I had that was the cause of the water in the tank. Instead of leaving it at that, they went to work fixing that issue which included a sewer drain that was not angled properly as well as a leaking pipe under the patio. After much digging and investigation, they solved the problem. And although I'm not a septic person or plumber, I felt their price was reasonable for the work they did. I would recommend them.

I was so scared after waking up to 2 of my showers being backed up with water. I called a plumber and he couldn't help me because he said it was septic. He referred me to ABS Plumbing and Septic and I am forever grateful. They came out within 2 hours of my call and then cleanout my tank and the filter. They charged me a very reasonable rate and didn't try to take me to the cleaners for the service. I HIGHLY recommend the service, great price, great service by not only the person that took my frantic call but also both Mike and Floyd for their onsite service!!!

Warning: ABS Plumbing and Septic has not only failed to honor their warranty but has also left my property in a dangerous and unsanitary state. Despite repeated attempts to address a 1 1/2 y/o failed drain field, they have ignored all communication and left sewage water spilling into my yard for months. This disregard for my family's safety is UNACCEPTABLE! The health and well-being of my family, service dog and even our chickens are at risk due to their flagrant negligence. It is deeply distressing that a company would demonstrate such carelessness and irresponsibility, and I urge prospective customers to consider the potential risks and lack of accountability when engaging with ABS Plumbing and Septic

I have stuff coming up in my bathroom from the septic, I called ABS and got a schedule for Wednesday @2pm2:30 no show no call, 3:30pm I called the office and was told the techs had an unexpected issue on the job they went out on and I will be contacted as soon as possible 4:40pm nothing.... I told the office person I had to leave for work at 6pm I am an RN 5:20pm, 6:50pm I called the office twice to see if the call would be forwarded to the techs, no such luck. 7:53 pm they were at my door, I was at work. Neighbor came out to tell them I already left for work they already drove off. Called office in the morning to see if they would have me on for today because of the inconvenience and not showing up. I was told the techs said no because when they came to my property if though it was late and night time I ignored them and so I have to wait 5 more days for a time. I am beyond shocked and appalled by this service. This is a septic issue, waste matter backing up into my home and I was treated this way because of THEIR inconvenience
