Friendly, helpful and thorough. My showers were backing up and toilets gurgling. I had an obstruction in the sewer drain pipe which was difficult to locate, but they cleared it - and for less than $200. Thanks so much! I'll be calling Advanced for all my plumbing needs.

I arrived 4 minutes before my 10-11:00 hour window and then at exactly 10:00 a call from a “No Caller ID” came in on my phone that i sent to voicemail. I listened to the voice mail at 10:01- i took a screen shot- and its advanced pumbing saying their tech left because noone was there. I called back and left 3 messaged and never received a call back. I did read a couple bad reviews, including one from a gal who had a similar thing happen, but chose to only pay attention to the good reviews so i could support a smaller, local company. I regret it. I left work for nothing and was just treated with incredible disrespect.

I was referred to this company by a prospective pool company to hire. The estimator was 10 minutes late, I asked him to wait for a few minutes for I was on a work call (5-10 minutes). I came outside he was gone. I had received a call that I could not answer; I called it back it was Ellie from Advanced plumbing I tried to explain what had transpired as I was talking the call dropped. I called her back and was trying to explain that he could have waited for me like I waited for him for just a few minutes. Ellie tried to shame me into telling me that I hung up on her which I was trying to explain that I did not. At that point I had enough, I did get loud and tell her to let me speak and she hung up on me. DO NOT HIRE THESE RUDE PEOPLE!!!!!!! You will be very sorry! In all fairness, Nate was very nice and I do understand that people are on a schedule but I did ask very kindly if he could be patient.

Had a clogged shower this morning. Called Advanced Plumbing and within 2 hours they had two technicians at my door. They diagnosed the immediate issue and fixed it quickly. After that, they did a deeper dive and found the cause of the blockage. They fixed that as well and were done in under an hour. Couldn’t have been happier with the service and will use Advanced Plumbing again.

We Hired this company to do $3,000 worth of various plumbing repairs in a new home we bought about 5 months ago. The contractor came out about 4 months ago. We had a few Issues with the work done but the company was quick to rectify them. The company is True to the work they do and are actually there for the customer if you have issues later! Phone rep Ellie was super Nice, and DM Nate was very helpful through this whole process. Our plumber who repaired the issues that arose was Sean, very knowledgeable and helpful as well! I will leave out the first plumbers name as He was also nice and knowledgeable and I would not want to scar his reputation for any mishaps. Thanks guys!

Had an amazing plumber named Gary come out. He replaced a broken main water shutoff valve for the house. A few weeks later, had him come out and replace two ancient water heaters that were about to go. Very professional, guys knows his stuff and does good work. They gave me a very fair price and only charged me for the actual hours they spent on site working. I'm recommending this company to all friends and family from now and and will use them for any plumbing needs in the future.
