Brian returned my call the same day, after working all day, most would call next day, if they call at all. He gave me a rough quote over the phone, which was awesome. He was able to put us on the books 1 day after I spoke with him. I was able to send him pictures via text so he could see what he was up against and so he could let me know if additional work would be needed. He sent a text when he was on his way. Showed up in the timeframe he said he was going to show up in and he did an excellent job. Professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. I will be giving his name to anyone who asks me about plumbing work. Thanks Brian for having awesome customer service and professionalism in your business.

Brian and his team were great! We had an emergency and they were able to get us on the schedule on short notice. Good quality work and they made sure everything was done right the first time. We will use him for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Brian and John were extremely professional and efficient. Called in the morning for an estimate and they were able to do the job in the afternoon. 3 stars because Brian was prompt for the appointment to assess two hot water heaters. I asked for a quote to replace both heaters. However, I never got the quote, so I cannot give a higher rating. I texted him my email address to send the quote along with a few other questions I forgot to ask during our appointment. Brian never replied to the texts. After no response, I reached out to another company for a second opinion and they were promt with a quote and installed two hot water heaters this week. B A Hamilton Plumbing sadly missed out

I called last night with a broken water valve and Brian was able to show the next day and fit me into his schedule. Professional, honest price and fixed the problem quickly and double checked his work. Recommend!

I heard of BA Hamilton plumbing from my family members who have used them in the past. I had a leaking sink. They were in and out in a few minutes, explained the problem, and were on their way. They care about their customers and are very honest. I highly recommend them.
