I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Christian and Tanner from Climate Experts. They arrived exactly as scheduled and gave me a courtesy notification prior to their arrival, which was very thoughtful. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and transparent about the process. They took the time to explain in detail the work they would be doing to install my new AC unit. I felt completely comfortable asking questions, and they patiently answered everything in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed about what they were doing, which I truly appreciated. The professionalism and friendly service they provided were absolutely top-notch. These guys are amazing! We had a complicated mess of a plumbing repair and they came out immediately, told us what was needed, gave us two options for repair and an estimate. Once we decided on a plan of action, they arrived the next morning. These workers were all wonderful, polite, nice, communicative, and worked really hard to get the job done ASAP without too much inconvenience to us. I would recommend this company to everyone! The agents that assisted in scheduling and confirming appointments were very helpful and kind. Very pleasant. John, the technician, was also very kind and thorough. He did a good job of explaining and providing options while not being at all salesy or pushy which I really appreciate. He was very trustworthy and honest in his approach. Jason was very efficient and thorough, he explained everything he was doing. In addition to the regular maintenance, he studied each vent in every room and notified us that we needed a duct cleaning throughout the house. We appreciate the excellent service that Jason provided to our home and we will be using Climate Experts for all of our A/C needs from here on out.

This is such a wonderful company to deal with! From my first call for service on my previous AC unit to the repair and then, as it was too old to recharge, the purchase of a brand new unit. everyone I dealt with was courteous, extremely professional, and very friendly. I am an inquisitive person and asked at least a million questions and actually received an answer to each one. Everyone involved in this experience was quite knowledgeable and more than willing to answer my questions and to explain any part of the process that I didn’t understand. The technicians stayed for as long as it took to install and set up my brand new system just so I wouldn’t be uncomfortable that night when it was time to go to sleep. I haven’t seen attitudes or service like this since the 1960’s!! As painful as it is to have to buy a whole brand new air conditioning system they made it as easy as possible for me. There was no pressure to buy anything; just gentle guidance through a world.I didn’t understand. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has an air conditioning problem. Climate experts have been my AC guys for years. Each and every one is knowledgeable and i have always had great customer service, but John went above and beyond any tech I've ever had. I have a small window unit in my daughter's room that is just for extra air since her room has a giant window in the front of the house. Her room is always at least 5 to 6 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Anyway John took at look at that little unit and helped me dump the nasty water that's been building up for the past 2 years in there. He didn't ask for anything and didn't question it he just did it with a smile. I love that! He was able to get me a discount with his boss to get some duct work done as well as insulation in my attic. I was so impressed.He deserves a big shout out and a raise. Thank you so much John.
