My husband and I are SO pleased with the beautiful job Doug Herrell Plumbing did , repiping our whole house. The entire process, from estimate, to permitting, to the very fast completion of the job was smooth and seamless. Doug and his guys were so efficient and everything looks great. I appreciated Amy's helpfulness during the project also. We would definitely recommend this company and we also appreciate the peace of mind the great job they did is already giving us.

Doug and his team are the absolute best!! He came out to give us an estimate and spent a lot of time going over the pipe replacement, what was included, and what to expect. Before the install, he even emailed us instructions on how to get prepared. On the scheduled day, he and his crew arrived on time, spent more time going over everything with us, and then proceeded with the work. This was a major undertaking but all went very smoothly. We were only without water for about 6 hours. After the installation, everything was tested and worked better than ever. We had a lot of drywall to repair but Doug had Jeff Snyder ready to go the next day. We can’t say enough about the professionalism and attention to detail. We highly recommend Doug and his team if your pipes need replacing, and if you are on the beach side, they most likely will need replacement at some point. Thanks Doug for a job well done.

After our seventh under the slab leak in 3 years, The week before thanksgiving, I called Doug Herrell Plumbing, He was highly Recommended by my plumber , as well As a good friend of mine who just had her house repiped by him I called and spoke to amy, Doug's wife. She was very friendly, understanding, and helpful. Amy had doug come out on or about november 22nd, And he gave us an amazing quote For the repipe of probably 3 or 4 thousand dollars less than anybody else in this area charges Doug also offered to replace my old bathroom fixtures at no cost, If I Purchase Lowes or Home depot And have them there the day of the repipe. Because of the thanksgiving holiday they couldn't schedule us until december third which was I was very grateful for Doug and his amazing crew came out on December 3rd as scheduled and promised and arrived at 8:30 AM, and by 12:45 they had completed the job They did not leave any mess behind and cleaned up everything and they were on their way. The praise doesn't end there Today, Saturday December 6th I was in my spare room and put a Drywall screw thru not one but two pipes I freaked out and called Doug Herrells plumbing answering service and within an hour ,Amy called me back. Doug came out almost immediately and fixed both of my snap-foos, and Wouldn't accept accept any payment I Cannot say enough good things about this family run, professional company Doug Herrell's plumbing is the one you want to call for a repipe.
