Ryan came to replace my water heater today and, as usual, he did a great job removing it and installing a new one. I have been with GPS plumbing for 12 years. Ryan is knowledgeable, reliable, prompt, and trustworthy. I highly recommend GPS. Ryan also came on a Saturday morning which I appreciated. My Tallahassee family had evacuated to my house in Satellite Beach with two children and a brand new baby during Hurricane Helene. So we welcomed his coming on Saturday.

We got an appointment to identify a leak the same day we called. Eric came out and quickly identified the problem with our leaky dishwasher and provided a recommendation for repairs. He cleaned up a very minor bit of dust & debris and did not charge us since it was such a quick visit. Thank you !!

Ryan came out to the house and quickly diagnosed a water intrusion issue. Instead of selling us on the entire re-piping job, he identified an AC issue. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help with plumbing related issues!

We had a bad leak in our plumbing that runs through the concrete slab. We decided to have the whole house replumbed and called GPS Plumbing because a friend of ours recommended them after they did his house. Ryan came out the next day and explained the whole process. We got on his schedule and his team arrived when he said they would. As Ryan had promised they would make only 14-16 holes in our drywall and that the holes would not be any bigger than 10 in by 10 in. And that is what they did. They put down a lot of plastic sheeting and as they cut holes they had a shop vac sucking up the dust. It took the four days that Ryan had estimated. GPS does not patch the drywall holes but the man they recommended, Jeff Snyder, did an excellent job; we touched up the paint and the holes became invisible. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

The morning we were leaving for a trip, I went to take a shower and I had no hot water. I was having people stay at my house and watching my dog while we were away and it was a Sunday and I didn’t know what to do. I called my daughter and asked her who her plumber was and she told me about them and that they were wonderful so I called them, and spoke to Ryan and he assured me that they would come out today, but there would be an extra charge because it was Sunday. I understood because people don’t usually even work on Sunday and I thought that was so wonderful of them. It ended up we needed a new hot water heater. He had sent one of his employees named eric to the house to check it out . Eric was delightful as well and had it fixed within two hours with a new hot water heater. We will be forever grateful.
