We had two separate plumbing issue this month and H&H was able to help out quickly both times. James came out yesterday and was great, got us up and running quickly.

James just completed installing a new sink and faucet at our home. I cannot speak highly enough of his workmanship. James takes pride in his work. I highly recommend James.

I found severe corrosion on my water heater on Friday. Called customer service and they said they could have a tech out to my place first thing Monday morning. Based on the description of the corrosion, James and Dan showed up with an anticipated replacement part in hand. However, because of the severity of the corrosion, it was a full water heater replacement. Having the part in hand, James was able to clearly explain why it was a water heater replacement (the corrosion went down into the tank on the inlet line). They were able to get a new tank and install same day. They were very prompt and professional. James informed me of other issues he found along the way and offered recommendations to correct the issues. I appreciate the professionalism gents. Thanks H&H.

3 stars for quick service. We had our garbage disposal detach and water everywhere. My husband tried to call someone else I found that was retired and referring everyone to H&H. They had someone out quickly. It was an expensive fix for a new garbage disposal. $444 was the total. Drain is draining really slow now, but they wanted $300+ to come back out. If you need someone quickly, this might be the company. If you want a good price, this may not be the company.

They helped me change from an electric tank to natural gas exterior tankless hot water heater. First time for me but Alex and Dave made it seem easy. Had to manage electrician and gas company turning on service. Very smooth transition and now unlimited hot water! Very professional,, no billing surprises.
