Plumbing Masters

Plumbing Masters has always been one of the best! Bobby came out to my home on an emergency. My toilets and shower were clogged, the shower was filling minute by minute. He took care of the problem in a timely manner and did a great job. I’d recommend Plumbing Masters to anyone.

The company was hired by the condo management to re-pipe my condominium. I give Austin, Bobby and Kevin 10 stars. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and caring, I asked and was explained what this process entails. I was very impressed with the work performed. Bobby you were so sweet to check a few times under the bed for my scared cat to make sure he is ok. Thank you to all 3 of you and thank you to your company for having such great employees. I will recommend your company to anyone needing work done.

So pleased with the service from Tom, Kevin and Bobby. We had two other plumbing companies prior to calling Plumbing Masters and still had no water a couple days before Christmas and then Tom came to the rescue. Such friendly and knowledgeable plumbers! Would highly recommend.

Kevin and Bobby completed a garbage disposal removal for me today. They both were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I felt safe and comfortable with them.they worked quickly and efficiently. Even with a stinky job, they cleaned up after themselves and any prior leaks that I had under my sink. I would HIGHLY recommend this company especially this duo to anyone in need of plumbing services

These guys worked on a leak at our large commercial building, they were able to find it quick and fixed it within the hour. They have fair prices and very professional. They will be our plumbers for anything in the future

The most dishonest disrespectful company ever !! First of all they came to do an estimate on a new water pump , the entire time the man complained about the spot it was in , left then called with an estimate, adv we wanted to do as we had no running water , the guy never told anyone there was a leak and never even fixed it esp since there was no leak before any of this happened , has lied and stated that I told Him not to fix the leak even though I was no informed of this problem , now are refusing to fix their problem they made and want to charge additional services , the whole company has been rude to my family and lied , 0 customer service from all aspects from plumbers to supervisors , supervisor has the nerve to instead of trying to help and resolve the issue say it’s my word against his employees..... the ONLY reason I am giving 1 star is because I had to put 1 to write my review this company deserves 0

They repaired a slab leak for us and then when we had a new leak, they came out and told us specifically that it was not in the same place but it was. The repair they did didn't even hold for a month. Don't worry though, we were given an unsolicited quote for a re-plumb the first time around. Now we're hurricane prepping trying to repair it ourselves. Their weekend on call person was not helpful and even flippant about our situation. RUDE. We trusted them to do right by us. Very disappointed. DO NOT recommend for anything EVER. Also, my husband was able to repair it better himself using YOUTUBE.

Very good to work with. Just completed a kitchen remodel and used them for the rough in and then the finish. They quickly and professionally adapted to in process changes. The phone is answered by a real person every time I’ve called. Always prompt polite and fairly priced.
