The worker driving on malabar on 4/17/24 almost rear ended us twice on our way home. In his company truck LOL. might wanna check up on who you have working for you, wish i got a better picture of his face. One day he will seriously hurt someone with his driving.

Part 2 The bottom line is I was charged over $700 and the owner Shawn lied to me on the phone and I ended up with a mess. Don't go by what they did a year ago, look at what they do now! You have been warned! First review part1 then come back to part 2. A few hours after the first post I received a call from the office requesting that I call them to schedule a call with the owner (Shawn). The call was scheduled for a week later, I felt that we were making progress. Boy was I wrong in my thinking. Shawn called me and immediately began with it's not SPR's fault Mr. Jackson the blame should be at the builder. We went back and forth with our discussion until Shawn asked if I wanted him to send his adjuster out, I replied yes. Tomorrow will be a week since that call and I have not heard anymore from SPR! Part 1:I believe we all will agree that anyone can make a mistake. True customer service and contractor integrity is revealed when the service contractor makes a mistake, what do they say and what do they do to correct their mistake! The service man came to my house last week on October 29th or 30th to do repairs and needed to return on Monday November 2nd to replace a shower handle and complete all of the job. I initially paid for the work last week and then paid again when the job was completed. Within 15 minutes of the service team departing while I was cleaning up after them I noticed water on the floor when I attempted to dry it I noticed it continued to flow. As I listened I could hear water gushing from behind the shower handle in the wall. I immediately went and shut off the water to the house then called the office to have the service team return. The rest of this experience is the reason for this post. I have extensive damage that was a direct result of the repair that had just been completed, it flooded my bathroom and my adjacent office room where multiple desktop computers were located and a wood grain floor. After the team had completed the repair the second time they gave me an additional invoice which I refused to pay. I then called and stopped payment on the second check. I contacted the office manager and owner via email explaining what had happen and attached pictures asking how do we move forward. At a minimum I expected a reply, as of this posting there has been no response. The attached pictures tell the rest of the experience. I will have to have drywall repaired and the room repainted also there was electronic equipment that was damaged as well as the wood flooring. IMHO the customer is at risk when SPR Pluming is selected. I close with my opening statements; I believe we all will agree that anyone can make a mistake. True customer service is revealed when a contractor makes a mistake, what do they say and what do they do to correct their mistake!

Great service. From the office staff on my initial call, to Jose who came out for the evaluation. Knowledgeable, on time, friendly, thorough, and fair. Highly recommend, and will use again!

Kudos to SPR Plumbing! Sean, Jennifer and Everyone else who worked with me both in the field at the house and at the Office absolute best as far as I’m concerned! They were the most efficient and affordable plumber that I contacted for my cast iron sewer pipe replacement. Work was done quickly and Professionally. All the inspections passed without a hitch. I don’t understand the negative reviews, I have nothing but the utmost respect for this company. If you have plumbing that needs to be replaced or repaired, then I highly recommend Sean and his crew at SPR plumbing! THANKS AGAIN, EVERYONE.

If you are looking for a TOP OF THE LINE plumbing company look no further ! I had a water leak and called SPR and they were able to send someone out the same day. Jose and Carlos did an awesome job finding and repairing the leak quickly with very little mess - even though they had to dig into the foundation. They are honest and polite and I will definitely use them again.

We recently had the pleasure of using SPR Plumbing for a bathroom remodeling job at our home in Palm Bay. Our first contact with SPR was with Mike, their very courteous field supervisor, who went over all the details with us on what we wanted done and patiently answered all our questions and concerns. He then had an estimate for our job e-mailed to us within a few days that clearly outlined the costs involved for material, labor and permits required as well as an approximate start date if we chose to go forward. Once we agreed to SPR’s very reasonable estimate and start date, the rest of the process moved forward seamlessly. From the demo work, roughing in the new walls, tub, relocating a toilet, updating drains, shutoffs and other plumbing fixtures, done by James & Zack - who always placed multiple drop cloths to protect our floors and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving each day, to the excellent drywall and tile work done by their specialist Justin - my wife and I could not have been more pleased with the entire process and especially the finished product.👍 We look forward to using SPR in the future and would definitely recommend them to other homeowners or businesses!

Joe and Jay showed up and did very good and quality job. They were very courteous and helpful. Second time I have used SPR plumbing and I am highly satisfied with the results. They made the process very ease. I would use them again.

What a great company! Sean looked at the problems/leaks and told me exactly what to expect, and what needed to be done. David came the next day and fixed Everything! There were multiple hidden leaks yet he found the precise location of each and repaired quickly. He even climbed through the attic in this heat and fixed minor problems he saw along the way! The office staff I spoke to was Carla. She was so friendly and understanding of my particular problems. This was one of the best repair service experiences I have ever had. I'm keeping this number!
