I had six shutoff valves replaced and a dishwasher installed. Shutoff valves were good. Dishwasher was damaged in the install and unnoticed until it went into a leak detected service mode several hours later. They returned the following day and charged an additional $215 for diagnostic. I refused to pay the additional fee. They left the dishwasher half connected and sitting in the center of my kitchen. I asked to be refunded the $294 for the install before I wrote the review and they refused.

John Ryan, Sun Plumbing’s bathroom remodeler, is incredible at his craft. His attention to detail and his desire to give the customer all their wants is was noticeable from day one. John was one of the hardest workers I have ever had the opportunity to work with. John is a craftsman. Great experience.

Sun Plumbing did a great job completing the two tasks (installing a new kitchen faucet I purchased and adding a valve under the kitchen sink to supply my refrigerator with water) I asked them to do. Chris, the plumber, was very professional and helpful and answered all my questions. The work was completed quickly and Chris arrived before my scheduled appointment. My only caveat is the price seemed high. I did not compare prices with other plumbers in the area. But over $500 for an hour of work seemed high to me.

Hi, All. Recently had a short notice service call from Sun Plumbing for a leak that developed in the main house water supply line that created a mini-emergency and reduced pressure in the whole house. Sun Plumbing was terrific in their responsiveness, professionalism and friendliness. These guys are really just great to work with. They do the troubleshooting and the work expected, but also they do not spend a lot of time upselling you on other unnecessary upgrades or repairs. Thanks, Guys!!

From the initial phone contact to the technician that came to the house EVERYONE at Sun Plumbing was extremely helpful and professional. I had reached out another firm in town earlier who was very reluctant to give me a quote on the work I needed done- I finally got them to quote me a range of $600-$1200….thanked them for their time and the called Sun Plumbing- I was given a firm hourly quote plus parts. Tech arrived when I was told to expect him - finished the job in under an hour and I was very pleased with the quality of work and the price I paid. Would recommend without reservation.

I have used Sun Plumbing for a number of years but I will have to find a new plumber that is not so expensive. I had a clogged shower, The service man from Sun opened up the grate with his hand pulled out a clump of hair. Took all of 4 minutes and I was charged $390.00. He was at my house a total of 10 minutes and most of that was their accounting. Just too Expensive for the amount of work done.

Sept 6. Came same day as my call, very professional, fixed leak in hot water heater outlet pipe quickly, provided lots of DIY tips for my future copper pipe soldering efforts. Sept 13, again came next day after my call. This time they soldered in about 30 parts for my new instant hot water recirculation system. Great job, no leaks, 2 hrs labor cost. Very happy with Sun plumbing.

Sun Plumbing repair man was very timely in addressing my leakage issue. The replacement parts use are of top quality and were professionaly installed just as they originally were. Their repair men made sure to clean up the work area after the job was completed. I will 100% recommend this company for your plumbing issues.
