So total plumbing has been contracted from the city of Palm Bay to switch us to city sewer, they came dug the trench an installed pipe on Wednesday the 5th an 6th. I caught the technician before they left Thursday, He insured me that my trench was going to be backfilled the following day. That didn’t happen. I understand things come up and other jobs may have prolonged the backfill but I call total plumbing and Amber Cummings begins to tell me that they are waiting for the city to fax a paper to give them permission to backfill, so I called city of Palm Bay an of course she lied to me in text messages. Then the next message said we have a job that came up that needed to be taken care of an we will be there Monday morning. Thanks for the actual truth finally. Monday morning came, I got home from work and my trench is still open. The city is waiting for them to backfill to do final inspection. They finally backfilled my trench yesterday. They bided on this million dollar grant to switch everyone else over to city sewer an don’t have enough employees to get my job done in a timely manner and handle other jobs while doing so. Hire a couple more people.The backfill and leveling could have been done better by my 14 yr old. Glad we didn’t have to pay for this service because someone would be hearing from my lawyer.

Total Plumbing just completed my septic to sewer conversion, which can be a disruptive and messy job. When their personnel arrived at the promised time, they were professional, collegial and we'll equipped. They completed the excavation, sewer line install and hookup in a timely manner. Even though their efforts were hampered by the rainfall from Hurricane Helene, they persevered and mitigated the issues caused by the storm. Everything Total Plumbing said they would do, they did and more. They took great care in protecting and maintaining the integrity of my trees, plants and foliage which minimizing the chaos usually associated with this type of project. There personnel had a "can do" attitude and completed the job above and beyond expectations. They used Green Septic Co. as a subcontractor for the septic tank decommission. Similarly this company was excellent and went above and beyond what was required. When a company such as Total Plumbing performs ethically and honestly, but also uses the same type of subcontractor, this is a company worthy of anyone's business. I would unequivocally recommend Total Plumbing.

After calling three plumbers, Total Plumbing came out within the hour and fixed the water leak at the meter. Very prompt and did the job quickly an at a very reasonable price.

Total Plumbing, says it all. I had my counter tops replaced in my kitchen and two bathrooms. I needed the sinks, faucets, garbage disposal and dishwasher all connected. I wanted to be back up and running as soon as I could. I called Total Plumbing after I received an outrageously high quote from one company. Total Plumbing was out the next day and gave me a quote that was less than half of the other company. The team of Jeromy and Tim were professional, experienced and finished within a couple hours. They had one issue with the garbage disposal I bought. It was larger than the previous one I had and interfered with one of the water value. They dealt with it without an issue. We are going through a kitchen and bathrooms reno and needed a plumbing company to come in. We had an OUTRAGEOUS bid from Coggins and just couldn’t wrap our brain around it. I called Total Plumbing, spoke with Joe and the next morning Jeremy and Tim arrived on time at 8am, started and completed the job and the charge was 1/3 of Coggins for the exact same work. Joe and his team are gems. When Jeremy and Tim left, you couldn’t,t even tell they were here, and we were back up with 3 sinks, faucets and a garbage disposal. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and fairness. I will recommend them every chance I get. I believe in paying a fair price, I hate daylight robbery.

Joe and his team did an amazing job plumbing our master bathroom remodel. His team kept on schedule and did a very nice job re-plumbing our shower, standing tub and new vanity sinks. The final outcome looks great and everything is working perfect. Thank you all for a job well done!!!
