Appointment was at 8:30 he showed up at 9:45, the employee came in and ran the shower water then goes downstairs to the unit under me for about 10minutes. He came back up and ran the sink water, he ran back downstairs for another 10 minutes. He came back upstairs and said everything was good to go then he left. Sink and shower still leaking!!! I called the business and couldn't get any help over the phone so im having to drive to see what was performed during the time he was here and why he left saying everything was good and then when I went to check the sink and shower are still actively leaking. Would not recommend

We had a water heater replaced and some of the water pipes changed. We went from a 50 gallon to a 30 gallon that sat on a stand off the floor. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work that was done. My problem comes with the pricing. When I got the bid, after they came to the house and looked at the job, I was told by the employee that he had given me a great price break, and the price of $1350. included everything. When I booked the appointment, I specifically reviewed the cost. I asked him if that was everything, including labor, pipes and stand. I told him I didn't want any surprises. He said that the price included EVERYTHING. When the job was complete and I was presented with the bill, I was told that the original quote of $1350 didn't include the stand, so I now owed $1450. I told the employee that I had been assured I would only owe $1350, and he said he knew that the stand had been left off the price because he installs a lot of the same unit and the cost is always $1350, plus $100 for the stand. I paid it and called the office. I spoke to the man who had come out and given me the original bid. I told him I felt as if I had been scammed, that he had lied to me. He assured me he was sorry and would speak to Mr. Tucker about sending me a refund for the $100. I have never heard from them again. We have another large job we need done. We won't be calling Tucker back. Get your quote in writing. Don't trust the phone bid

I used them for the first time today. Very pleased! We had Jesse and his assistant, JP. Very pleasant guys! Jesse climbed under our mobile home and had a mess to deal with. He’s a hard worker! I could tell he was working as hard and fast as he could. I felt the price they charged was very fair. I recommend them and would use them again!

Family owned and operated. A true pillar of local business. Don’t take my word for it. Ask around. They have been here for DECADES!! That doesn’t happen on accident. If you need a part that you can’t find , I bet Mr. Tucker can find one.

Won't return my calls after charging 145 to tell me my washers leaking while it's not the problem

These guys are *tops*. Recommended by my neighbor, i called and they came right away. A complicated job that lasted several hours, the experience & skill of the plumbers was evident & they completed the job most satisfactorily. While in my home they were polite & respectful. Well, well where do I start? If I had zero stars to give I would give zero stars. I called this institution they sent out two plummers. I showed them the issue I was having with the hammering sound coming from my outside water spicket . They mentioned easy fix just great I thought. It took them 15 minutes to complete the job. They said they had to go to the truck to call the store to figure out how much it would cost. Wait what your own plumbers don’t know how much it’s gonna cost? But wait, it gets better so I called Tucker CUT rate plumbing, and supplies Inc. and they mentioned it was my fault, because I did not Ask how much it would be!!!!!! How can I ask how much it’s going to be if your technicians don’t even know? I’ll never be using your service again and I wish my house did not have any of your supplies or plumbing equipment in it!!! Worst company ever!!!! $207.00 later Tuckers Cut Throat Rate Plumbing and Supply you’re terrible
