These guys were great! They came quickly great communication found a workaround and solution and went the extra mile. If you got a clog drain, there’s no one else to call.

I overall hired many years ago Aqua Pro for a US$!5,000 dollar contract to fix my mother's kitchen sink. Overall at the start it seemed like everything was fine with the pipes being checked with the video camera's and the people opening up the floors and we made a deal to make sure all the pipe's where cleaned in the process. After the job was done some month's later my mother's kitchen sink seems to fill up with water and the people on top of not wanting to work to fix up the kitchen sink which we had a 2 year warranty on it, wanted us to pay more money then what was already stipulated in the contract for the US$15,000 dollars in total on top of the US$12,000 dollars we already paid them. So besides the US$2,864 dollars approximately that we had to pay them they wanted to charge us more money then what was in the original contract we financed. Overall in terms of dishonesty and lack of trust with contracts I would not recommend AquaPro to hire for large jobs or problems with the pipes. I overall am a considering litigation against AquaPro solutions in the future given they harmed my credit score and that I believe they should refund my money given they never fully completed the job asked and on top of that wanted to over charge me and my family for a contract we did with them. I don't like to write negative reviews for any business, and I hope AquaPro changes but what they did to me and my family is unforgivable. I would have gladly paid the remaining money if they had finished the job but the refused to do so unless we paid them additional money higher then what the contract stipulated originally with the 2 year warranty. Overall this was a waste of money and waste of time hiring Aquapro. I would not recommend these people as they are not trustworthy on their word on the original contract requirements. I overall wish they would refund all my money honestly because I had to hire someone else to fix the problems they where not able to do.

We recently bought a home and knew that the pipes needed some work. From the get-go, aqua pro was timely and professional. They ended up lining the pipes for us. Ernesto was the team lead for our job and throughout the process he was very communicative and explained each step. The whole crew was respectful, cleaned up after their work, and even took off their shoes to walk in the house. I have to give credit to Luis and Danny because one night they stayed late to work (past 8pm) so we could have a toilet to use that night. But honestly everyone on the team was awesome (Ernesto, Alex, Luis, and Danny) I was definitely nervous to commit to a company for such a big job, but they delivered and the crew was great!

Our experience with Aqua Pro was excellent! They were very professional and hard working. Julio was very responsive to all our questions. They came out when they said they would and completed the job of fixing our old cast iron pipes with their trenchless pipe lining technique in a timely manner. Highly recommend them!

I have dealt with Aqua pro three times. First for the lining of my old cast-iron pipes, which came out great, second when I had a leak on my exterior pipe which they came out fast and replaced it and third, which was this weekend that a shower fixture had to be replaced. I have dealt with them for many years as a result they always have done a great and professional job for my family. Thanks again guys!

My experience with Aqua Pro Plumbing was amazing! Everything went extremely smooth, the treatment was unreal. The customer service was top notch and they made sure they properly diagnosed my leak a few times before identifying where it was coming from. Their timing was extremely accurate and not once were they late. The guys also made sure to explain to us thoroughly every step of the way what the cause of the leak was. I’d recommend this company over and over and will continue to use them in the future.
