I had them come out to replace a ballcock apparatus in my toilet a few months ago. This took 20 minutes and they handed me a bill for $245.00. $45 for parts and $200 for a service fee. This amount was not discussed with me prior to them coming out. If I had known, I would have told them "No". However, that being my fault, I have to now find a more reasonably priced plumber especially for simple things like this. My friends say I was ripped off for sure. And, after 8 months the thing doesn't work again. Looking for a new plumber!

Called in and plumber was out here in less than 2 hours- 1 hour to do a challenging job Scott was terrific- knew exactly how to fix it ! And repair it. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to inquire if they might be interested in collaborating on a few projects I’m working on. I’m an architect with a design-build company, specializing in residential and commercial projects in Miami. However, the lady was dismissive, abruptly hung up on me, and told me they weren’t interested.

I’ve used Bobs plumbing to install our tankless water heater and they did a great job. I’ve also used them to clear a clog and fix a leaky toilet. They got the job done quickly and efficiently.

They cleared the drain line, but it took two tries and I was not receptive when they tried to upsell me on a septic drain field project.
