I am very please and satisfied with the work done by the entire crew. Chris kept me informed of everything and Alex the team leader was extremely helpful going the extra mile. The entire crew was professional, courteous, friendly and kept the home clean despite the enormous work required to complete the project. Thanks to all. Diamond Plumbing is now on my speed dial for all my plumbing needs and I strongly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! I can’t believe some people rated them high. Guess they got lucky. I made an appointment with them on Saturday and Nicole was nice on the phone which fooled me as nice didn’t do the job. They couldn’t come Sat. so they gave me a window for Monday of 9:00 to 130 and I am the owner of my business and I wanted to be there for when the repair was done so I waited for the entire window and not until 1 o’clock - the end of the window was when they told me they weren’t gonna make it yet throughout the entire window they kept promising they’d make it before 1:30. Then they AGAIN promised they would get there in the evening when we were back again at the shop For between 5:00-9:00pm and then at 5 o’clock when they were supposed to be there they messaged me that they weren’t going to get there at all and they would reschedule me for Wednesday, whichis Christmas day. I was so upset - they just strung me along for days and NEVER CAME & showed up all thru their promised LARGE, 5 hr windows - they are worse than the cable companies. I ended up calling this awesome new plumber on South Beach named Scotty - who came within 20 minutes and fixed my issue immediately. I was mad at myself for allowing them to consistently have no integrity and constantly give me broken promises and string me along out of my need to get the issue fixed - And never show up at all! I will never use this company again - HORRIBLE -

I reached out to Diamond Plumbing and they replied very quickly. I had an urgent plumbing situation at my house. Adrian arrived in a rather short time, gave me the estimate, and made the repairs. He was very professional and efficient. I will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing repairs.

Alex and Mark were prompt, clean, professional and courteous. The did a minor toilet repair today, but gave an estimate for a water heater replacement. I'll be calling them back when ready.

Alex and his crew at diamond plumbing were great. When we first called diamond the owner Chris came over, inspected the property, took photos and gave us a detailed description of the work that needed to be done. After we gave them the go, the team was here early every day, very professional and answers all the questions we had. They re-piped our entire house and did a fantastic job! I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone who needs similar work around the home. Thanx guys

The best plumbing company I have ever dealt with! They provide free consultations. Excellent customer service from the office and a techs, explained everything in details and offer warranty on labor unlike other companies that also charge by the hour. LOOK NO FURTHER THESE GUYS ATE THE BESTTTT IN THE BUSINESS!.
