Excellent job by Landon and the entire Dick Rosher Plumbing team. Special thanks to Landon's father, Steve for being very fair as well as expeditious. Landon found the source of my sewer gas problem with a sewer gas detection device when 3 plumbers beforehand couldn't. He was also able to show me the roots that were causing the problem on video taken with his sewer camera after the gas leak detection. they did a terrific repair and gave us a report and copy of the video that is being used to support my insurance claim. Good, skilled, a little above average pricing but WELL worth it. This father and son team is on point. Absolutely recommend.

My water bill was around $2,000.00, and called Dick Rosher Plumbing after reading their water leak detection service page of their website. Leak detector Landon Davis is a true professional in the field of water leak detections. As soon as he got out of his vehicle, I watched him scan my yard with his thermal imager and with his eyeballs, before walking up to me! He explained that he was looking for "a very happy patch" of grass, which would indicate the possibility of a fresh water service leak in that area. What he found was a very happy palm tree! I had wondered why the tree had suddenly started looking more lush over the past few months, and here was Landon telling me it was drinking from my water supply. Of course, I was hesitant to entertain this theory, but when he used his sound amplification equipment, he was able to confirm this. During the course of the rest of his leak detection he also determined that there was another leak at the point that the pipe enters my house! He even dug it up as a courtesy and actually showed me this leak. I was certainly impressed. He then verbally told me what his plan of action would be, and I contracted this fast paced time efficient plumber to replace the entire pipe from the meter to my house. Really an interesting field of work, with a hard working and very knowledgeable young man as the leak detector.Amendment: His father Steve who owns the company is an absolute trip...very hyper but very smart, he is obviously highly trained as a master plumber for many years. They gave me every penny's worth of work and determination. Five stars.

He was professional and made me feel comfortable but I did get a second opinion on his recommendation from a leak. What he wanted to do was probably the right way to fix the leak but stated I had copper pipes and that's incorrect - I have pvc. Also he is very pricey compared to other licensed plumbers. I could have gotten the leak checked at half his price and I did not go with his recommendation as the pipe thing got to me.

We called Stephen late at night to come fix an issue we had with our shower faucet/handle. After a quick phone call describing the issue, Stephen arrived promptly and quickly got to fixing the issue. After only a short while, the shower was good as new! Very happy with the work done, definitely recommend!

Steve is a talented plumber. He's very smart about plumbing matters. I had a rocky start with him on a leak detection job and I flew off the handle but we talked it through and he ended up coming through with flying colors on the job. He gets 5 stars for his efficiency and quality of work.

Steve Davis and his band of merry men are a wonderful plumbing company with many years of experience and are extremely knowledgeable. The are reliable, dependable and they do the job right the first time. I had a severe problem outside where a number of roots had encroached on the pipe leading to my septic system. It had caused a back up of my entire plumbing system. Steve sent his crew over and they used a hi-tech camera to determine what was causing the problem. The had to dig up a section of my yard to replace some pipes and a clean-out. They were quick, efficient and did a great job cleaning up. I love these guys! I want to give them 10 stars for their actions that led to a resolution to the problem. Thanks Steve.

They were quick to come out and install a disposal I had bought at Sears. $275 fee which was very high for 30 minutes work. I paid by check and I asked for an invoice. Then called for an invoice, then text for an invoice to be sent by e-mail. 5 days later no invoice. Now I come to find that the disposal was installed wrong and my dishwasher which is attached to the disposal won't drain. The plumber forgot to take a cap off the disposal where the dishwasher connects. Expensive, unresponsive, incompetent.

This company was great. We had an emergency water leak and Steve responded-immediately , came to the the house, worked on it and called Landon, his employee to bring materials. He the went so far as to send Landon to the store to bring a vacuum to extract the water. The other plumbers I called did not think this was important ant enough to respond. I know will be calling them for plumbing needs.
