I bought my first home a few years back. As a single mom, I often worry about being taken advantage of by service companies. Late one night, my grinder pump alarm went off, and I was really concerned about a big bill for potential sewer pipe issues. I reached out to Eugene & Sons Plumbers LLC, and they sent someone out the same day. A fantastic plumber named Frederick arrived and provided me with valuable information about my grinder pump. He was very professional and had great knowledge about how to keep my pump running smoothly for a long time. He fixed the issue for a very fair price, and I appreciated his honesty, making sure I didn't feel like I would need to replace anything anytime soon. If all their staff are as dedicated and knowledgeable as Frederick, then they truly are a gem of a company. I would recommend them anytime.

We needed a plumber urgently one Saturday evening because our sewer was clogged, causing a backup in our backyard. We tried to fix it ourselves by renting equipment and using a snake, but it didn’t work. With one bathroom and three kids, we really needed a solution fast. We reached out to several local emergency plumbers, but no one answered. After leaving messages, we were lucky to get a call back from Jared, who quickly let us know he was on the way. Other companies contacted us later, but unfortunately, they didn’t handle sewer clogs. Jared arrived on the weekend and worked diligently for about an hour in the heat, successfully fixing the issue. His pricing was very reasonable, especially for an emergency call on a weekend. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was running smoothly before he left and reassured us that we could call him if any problems arose. We’ve recommended him to everyone and will continue to rely on him for all our plumbing needs. His dedication is impressive, and if he can’t handle something, we know he’ll find someone who can. The customer service was excellent, and the prices were even better. We are so grateful for the help; he truly saved us!
