Just 1 Plumbing

Total waste of time. I texted the number, but never got a response. I called, and they told me to text the same number with multiple pieces of information—yet they didn’t ask for everything upfront, leading to frustrating back-and-forth communication. After finally gathering all the details, they promised to send me a quote, but five days later, I’m still waiting. If this had been an emergency, the delay could have been disastrous. I strongly recommend looking for a company that values efficiency and takes their business seriously.

Angel, Israel, and Gerald recently helped us with a plumbing issue, and they did an excellent job. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and efficiently made the necessary repairs. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also took the extra step to clean up the mess caused by the toilet. Their professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated!

Just 1 Plumbing does not keep appointments, does not call, and does not communicate. I hired them to fix a shower, and change a faucet. I paid $1360. The pricing was due to a Saturday appointment which I had to do since I have one bathroom and needed the shower to work. They did not repair the shower. They only take an ACH transfer for payment. They continued to not show up blaming missing parts and emergencies. None of which they communicated until I had taken time off from work to wait for them. Now Kohler has reassigned the job to a different plumber. I am in the process of filing a police report, BBB report and hiring an attorney to recoup the money paid for the shower.

I recently hired Javier from Just 1 Plumbing for some plumbing work, and I couldn’t be more impressed. His service was outstanding! He was punctual, professional, and demonstrated exceptional skill. Javier quickly identified the issue and resolved it efficiently, leaving everything spotless afterward. Highly recommended for anyone needing top-notch plumbing services!

Javier was great for the installation of our brand new water heater. He was very responsible, respectful and punctual. Would definitely use them again!

The team was phenomenal from scheduling, reviewing an estimate and setting up the project. Used Just 1 to move a residential pool pump and they did it quickly, efficiently, and for a great cost. Was very happy and would absolutely use them again for any projects.

Wismar Javier showed up to the house right on time as scheduled! He fixed the issue I was having in my shower in less than an hour and at a very reasonable price. Very pleased!
