Pro Plumbing Service and Repair

We called Pro Plumbing Saturday morning and they arrived within 30 minutes. Ozzy was great. He arrived and immediately began working to fix our issue. He was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend their services-great services and reasonable pricing to boot!

I was recommend by a friend and I was amazed on how fast and reliable they are to respond on such short notice. I highly recommend Alex. Amazing, honest, friendly. You can tell by his work that his priorities is for his customer to be comfortable and to be satisfied. He fixed an issue I had for years in 2 hrs or less. To be honest this is the first time that I am writing a review for a service provider that I have deal with. But on this case I would liked to share my experience with everybody since it maybe helpful for the others as well o I asked this company to replace my water heater. They provide a service beyond my expectation, very fast and at reasonable price ! The two individual I was in contact Steve and Stephanie are professional, friendly and helpful . If you have any plumbing issue I would 100% recommend this company !

Our water heater broke out of nowhere on a Sunday so we called pro plumbing who we have used before. They guided us step by step on what to do until the next day when they came and installed the new heater. Great service, impeccable finish. Highly recommend!!!

This is a great company!!! I had an issue with my faucet it was leaking and I called pro plumbing to get the job done I spoke to Alex which is the main boss he was very friendly and gave me a fair estimate he sent out his workers the next day to fix the issue Robert and John came out and fix the faucet and did an excellent job and it did not take them long at all they both had a lot of knowledge,were friendly,had a great attitude,were patient and were very professional give this company a call you will not be disappointed

I had a service to change a faucet and valve in my kitchen sink due to a leak. The service gentleman was very courteous, knowledgeable, and provided explanations for the service. But the prices are super steep. For that reason I will not use them again.

Update: 11/2/18 I was contacted by the owner, Alex, and he informed me that the Plumber that came to my home was let go due to the incident. He assured me that the behavior of that employee will not be tolerated in his company. I must say, I was very impressed with the way he promptly investigated and handled the problem. I feel better knowing that the actions that took place were of the employee and not of the company. I can appreciate a company that does not stand for people being taking advantage of. Alex made me feel like he cared. I can now say that if I had another issue I would call them back again. Thank you Alex for all of your help. Can someone tell me why they tried to charge me $560.00 to replace a bath and shower faucet? On Friday morning, the faucet in my sons’ bathroom was stripped so we could not get the water to turn off. As a result, we called Pro Plumbing and I explained my problem to the customer service provider for the company that answered my call. She told me that someone would arrive in less than an hour, and soon, two workers arrived in order to situate the issue. The workers went to the back of the house, turned off the water to the house, and then told us that they had to go to home depot to purchase a part. I got a call from one of the workers saying that he saw a bath-and-shower faucet set for $53.00, asking if I wanted him to purchase it, a question to which I replied in agreement. When they returned, however, one person just started walking around while the other went into the bathroom. He was in there for about 30 minutes before he came out and told me that he needed to go back to Home Depot because the part was defective. He came back about 40 minutes later, went back in the bathroom, and shut the door. About 10 minutes later, I walked into the bathroom and saw that he was doing nothing. Then he told me that it looked like someone had to be messing with the water heater which confused me. I told him that was not possible due to the fact that I have a tankless water heater which I can’t reach unless I stand on the dryer and tip-toe. Then he started saying that it was complicated. I had to wake my boyfriend up at this point and tell him what was going on. He went to the bathroom which was in the same condition as it was when the workers had arrived. As he was standing there, that guy repaired, replaced and cleaned up in less than 20 minutes before going to his truck and issuing us a bill for $560.00, a price which fluctuated heavily, as after speaking to someone at the office, he came down to $340.00. The service provided to me by this company proved to be exceedingly poor and inefficient, thus, prompting the need for me to compose and submit this complaint.
