He responded quickly to my request. I have a broken shower handle that made it hard to turn the water on and off. He was very knowledgeable and quoted me a fair price. He had all the necessary tools and I could tell by talking to him he is very humble and take pride in providing quality work. Also had him repair a toilet. I would highly recommend him.

Carlos helped me replace a shower valve and handle as I was only receiving hot water for some reason. We replaced the existing unit with a US brand as recommended and the shower ended up with a superior performance. I am a satisfied customer left with a great /simplified shower for years to come.

Our second interaction was our kitchen sink leakage problem he came saw the issue got right to work and fixed within a few minutes . Look no further for a reliable plumber! Carlos came last minute to help with a toilet that wasn’t flushing on the weekend. He was very attentive to my special needs as I run an Airbnb and was on a time crunch. He later came to fix other ongoing issues with the same toilet (this was poorly installed during a remodel). He explained exactly in good detail what needed replaced, broke down the price and did not overcharge. He will be the only plumber I use in Miami!
