DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The plumber will take your money and fix nothing. They dispatched a plumber who came to "inspect" the toilet and demanded a $129 inspection fee. Said he would come back later to buy parts and fix it, but never did. Despite calling the company multiple times, customer service did nothing to fix the problem. They seem to only have one plumber on call, and if you allow him, he will scam you out of your money.
