We had two different plumbing companies tell us that we had to replace a new faucet. We puchased another faucet and was expecting it to be replaced. Jose from Top Rate showed up, assessed the problem and fixed the existing faucet. Jose was honest and highly skilled and dependable. This will be our go to plumbing company from now on and I highly recommend others to do the same.

I had an emergency at my duplex with both units toilets backing up and coming up in the shower. I called Top Rated and they had Jose come out within an hour and half of me calling on a Saturday evening. I was very impressed with their customer service and quick response. Jose was awesome, he gave me a call and let me know the situation, discussed price and then fixed what was needed. Plumbing issues are never fun but I appreciate Top Rated and specifically Jose’s professionalism and ability to help me in such a short notice.
